I use Overwhelming Splendor in tight circumstances, or if I need to shut down someone's comboing, hard. I don't use it all too often, and can most certainly be swapped out. Second Sunrise is something that I thought I would use more... but I just don't. On the same note, I don't think I need Oketra either, she rarely hits play, as I've other things to play, like Odric or Alms Collector, for more utility.
So I've been building a deck that I absolutely love, and it's my favorite fox, 8.5 Tails. So I've been looking to make the deck a bit more efficient at what he does, and I've ordered a few cards and need to make some cuts. I have an idea for a few things to cut, but I don't know exactly which ones to take out for every one, if even all of them. So I figured I'd come to the place I felt I could get the most help. What do you guys think of the current decklist? What do you think of the changes I'm looking to put in?

So, I've come across a nice vampire card that I want to build my Vampire Tribal EDH deck around, and with my current general, Olivia Voldaren, I want to splash in a bit of Grixis. But I've never really been good when it comes to blue, so I was just curious if I could get a little bit of help.
Some help would really be appreciated. Is there anything in here that seems that it really wouldn't fit? Is there something I can replace it with? I want to stay Vampire-themed in terms of creatures, but please let me know if there's anything I am missing. Blue is just something that's unfamiliar to me, and I don't want to spend money on cards if I might not actually keep them in the deck.
