As of right now it's already out of my meager funding range, so I'm just getting it setup so that I can buy exactly what I need after I finish my boot camp training. (Air Force if you were wondering) Either forum is fine with me it's up to you where you move it, as long as I get some help from people. (Which is more than likely) since it's a type 1 deck I just assumed this was the right area.
Basically this concept was for Tangle of the Liege just because I was fond of the Art work and the effect was okay for me. Personally for a turn 3 kill I know I'd have to switch it out for something a little stronger. But since I'm not worried about anything outside of Local/Casual I'm just going to stick with him. (Eventually I'd like to fine tune it some more after I get use to the play style for competitive play.)
Key cards I'm looking
Tangle of the Liege
Berserk
Chrome Mox
Mox Diamond
Pesonal tutor
I'd really want that 2 mana first turn. So that Personal Tutor can search out Berserk or Natural order.
This is my first post and I'm only now coming here after trying to find the answer on my own but my knowledge on cards is mediocre and I feel card search engines can only help so much. (I do believe I'm in the right forum area but if not advise me to the right area.)
I'm building a type 1 Blue Green deck.
The card I'm focusing on is NaturalOrder, with my current setup the best I can do is use it on turn 2.
So basically how it plays out is
turn 1
Blue/Green Mana
Magus of the Vineyard
Turn 2
play a Mana
Play Natural Order
The obvious draw back is my opponent gets to work with 3 mana on their first turn and this is something I would like to avoid.
I have thought about adding Chancellor of the Tangle (hoping for a first turn draw) in order to play Personal Tutor in the event I don't have Primal Order.
But personally I'd like to work out a way to play Primal Order on my first turn, I'm pretty sure it's possible after conversing with a few friends. But we don't have the knowledge to do this.
But this is all hypothetical junk, I doubt this would work for more than half my games. So basically I'm looking for a way to keep this consistent on turn 2 75% of the time, or if possible turn 1.
Also this is something I would like to take to a local tournament or casual play with my friends.
Unfortunately I won't be able to read any responses if there happens to be any until morning, as I'm currently heading to bed. If more information is required I'll post. But I think I covered all I needed to.
