Black really can't win since Tefferi, Mage of Zhafir exists making it so black can't do anything during it's turn. Beginning of Blacks turn Time Stop. Then respond to anything they respond with with Trickbind or Wipe Away.
During Blue's turn they overload Cyclonic Rift and swing game.
I was wrong about my previous assertion that artifacts had a chance versus blue btw.
This all relies on neither null rod nor stony silence being on the field, and the only argument I've heard for getting them off the field has been Karn -3s it. He can only do that once at sorcery speed. So in response to him -3ing null rod we kill academy rector and put stony silence on the field which means the artifacts can't generate infinite squat.
I've not seen one person give an argument to counter this.
Sweet planeswalker abilities can only be used once per turn meaning that you didn't get rid of stony silence. So either you get rid of stony silence with Karn's ability and are unable to use any artifact effects because of Null Rod or you get rid of Null Rod and can't use effects because of stony silence. And again we can just use a mass exile effect to dip out in response to all is dust. Such as Ghostway or something.
Also OP said last round that all creatures started without summoning sickness, So we can just use Inspirit to untap Magus.
Considering that OP said the rules for all of these were that the walker knew how to cast one copy of each spell in existence for that color and that they would have enough mana to play every single one of them.
How does having the cards available and having the mana to use them make the situations never come up???
All of Whites permanents are indestructible because of Avacyn.
Planar Cleansing wipes all non-land permanents, not just creatures, so while some colorless cards are indestructible, not all of them are so planar cleansing becomes a very one sided wrath.
Mangara of Corondor is a pretty cool dude. He takes one for the team by exiling Karn.
(p.s. It would be helpful if you used card tags in your posts)

Blue wins.
Try again.

If white goes first, then Grand Abolisher is a thing and the artifacts can't use effects on our turn so stony silence drops.
Follow up by once again getting rid of AoJ and using Fanatical Devotion to enable the Karmic Guide Reveillark loop to sac and recur Inquisitor Exarch.
GG?
