I have a question on the wither ability. As i understand it, it is the replacement of real damage. So if i had a Kulrath Knight and a Melira, Sylvok Outcast on my field, and my opponent played Inner Struggle on my Knight, it would resolve as zero damage because of Melira, correct?
With Emrakul, the promised end being banned, I was curious in knowing if that solely meant it can not be in your deck and/or sideboard? And if Coax From the Blind Eternities would be a legal way to play it?
"You can’t remove more than one +1/+1 counter from Noosegraf Mob at once to get more Zombie tokens, and you can’t choose not to remove a counter."
This is the ruling I saw earlier for Noosegraf mob , but I'm curious if this means you can't just choose to remove more than one at once. So would pumping the mob full of +1/+1 counters and then sacrificing Vampire Hexmage work on dragging a ton of zombies out from the ground?
Ever since Omnath came out, I have been wanting to make a deck with him as the focus. He was in one of the packs I opened at the BFZ prerelease and I had a blast playing with him at that event. He is a great card in making tokens that will either overcome my opponents defenses or burn them down as they fall. The win conditions I see here are Nissa and Omnath creating enough creatures to over run my opponent or Omnath and Sparkspitter throwing fire at the end of every turn. For my sideboard, I am looking at the card Barishi
What would be the course of action if I were to attack with two Breaker of Armies? Would the defending opponent be able to treat it as if it were two normal creatures attacking and pick who blocks what or would the two make themselves unblockable?
I didn't do the greatest when it came to winning the rounds, but the deck I constructed worked very well most of the time. Of 4 rounds, I only won 1 of them. The flow of the deck was good, but there were matches in the rounds where my opponents either ingested the deck to death, disrupting land grab for me cause my hand was filling up with the creatures that would win the game or I was just short one card to start a chain of destrection.
Omnath, Winnower, Breaker, and Conduit had to be my allstars in the matches because they changed things in my favor and always shook the opponent when they saw me play them. In one of the matches, I was able to play Omnath and then Nissa's Renewal the next turn and my opponent simply said "Welp, I'm screwed". I had plenty of ways to hit the mana on the field when I needed it but I should have placed some creature removal. I do want to see what I can do with Omnath and Nissa Worldwaker, maybe with Kiora, Master of the Depths in the future.
If I were to cast Ensoul Artifact on a card such as Hero's Blade, which has an equip ability, could I pay it's equip cost to equip it to itself after it's become a 5/5 creature?
