So, this came up the other night and I was wondering what the right call was.
I had a Jace, Memory Adept and a Courser of Kruphix in play. I used Jace's +1 to draw a card and mill a target for 1. Can I wait until I see the card on top after I draw to decide whether to mill myself or mill my opponent?
So, what happens if I have 2 creatures, I choose one to copy and then target the other and then the creature I chose to copy gets killed? Does the 2nd creature become the copy or does the spell just do nothing?
Yes the biggest mistake in my view is that they did not finish cycles.
The spells with "can't be countered" were all at playable or totally good, not having them in the colors in Gatecrash sucks a lot.
Plus the hybrid 1 drops. I kinda don't get why they didn't want to keep the guilds equal in power level but different in flavor. I thought they did a great job with that in RTR.
I've actually just started with Cockatrice too and it's pretty fun. I love that it's really simple to understand what your opponent is doing without too much chat...it just keeps the game flowing which is nice.

Thanks!
Maybe the primordials?
