I think I've found the correct thread for my door to nothingness deck now. Here's what I've been playing with for a while. I've been finding it ridiculously enjoyable, as in the way the games tend to take shape seems utterly silly, but I've loved every bit of it. The way I've tended to maintain control is through volatile rigs, as there's a chance that they can wipe the board of everything 4/4 and below if they get hurt. Here's my deck list - I call it volatility.
Lands: 8 Forests, 5 Islands, 3 Plains, 3 Swamps, 4 Transguild Promenades
Creatures: 4 Elvish Visionary's, 3 Volatile Rigs, 1 Thragtusk, 1 Archon of the Triumvirate, 1 Stormtide Leviathon, 1 Worldspine Wurm
Artifacts: 2 Elixir of Immortaility's, 1 Chromatic Lantern, 1 Door to Nothingness, 1 Staff of Nin
Sorceries: 2 Farseeks, 4 Inaction Injunctions, 2 Ranger's Paths
Instants: 2 Golgari Charms, 4 Heroes Reunions, 2 Murders, 3 Inspirations, 1 Psychic Spiral
Enchantments: 1 Oblivion Ring
I'd love to hear what anyone has to say about his hodgepodge, and I've had about at least a 60% record with this thing. They tend to be long games...
