I'd like to hear your opinion on destroy wraths vs wraths that goes around indestructible/regeneration. More specifically, why would you run Wrath of God over Toxic Deluge/Black Sun's Zenith or Austere Command over Merciless Eviction. I'd even consider Decree of Pain as a lategame draw engine or just a generic wipe with Humility in play.
I agree with MrCoupon on Bloodsoaked. I used to play Bloodghast and Reassembling Skeleton but when I moved away from stax they felt useless most of the time.
What I don't like about Haruspex is the lack of "may". I don't like to overdraw without Reliquary Tower.
Interesting points. I might try Silence the Believers to see if instant speed would be relevant. I liked the fact that for 3 mana you could get rid of two threats. Life is never really an issue unless you are losing anyway. The same holds true for Toxic Deluge where I am rarelly in a situation that I am not playing it due to not having enough life left.
For token swarms, I'd rather have Massacre Wurm, altough I could see Sever the Bloodline being useful if the tokens have more than 2 thoughness but that is quite rare.
With all that said I still think that 3 of the 4 nominations are superior to Ashes to Ashes so whatever happens, the list will be better.
Senconding Painful Quandary as it creates an interesting game state.
Also I am curious to know why Ashes to Ashes is getting that many votes. There is not a lot of removal that exiles in mono B. I consider this spell much more useful than others on the list.
A lot of the cards that you've posted are decent enough to be played. I don't want to build a full decklist for you as I think this is one way to personalize the feel of the deck. You will want the deck to play a certain way that you will enjoy. I'll just state a couple more of obvious inclusions that I think the precon deck is missing. Card draw engines!
You really want to be able to cast Thraximundar ASAP if you need to. For the rest, it really depends on the style that you want to build the deck. I like control or zombies. Up to you!

Did you consider Blightning? Seems like a good fit in your discard package.

I also like Disciple of Griselbrand as a cheap recurrable sac outlet.
Phyrexian Arena
Rhystic Study
If you can afford it
Consecrated Sphinx
Control needs card, especially in multiplayer where you have to handle threats from multiple players.
Also, one of my favorite grixis cards
Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker
Hinder
Spell Crumple
Chaos Warp
What do you think?
Dragonskull Summit
Sulfur Falls
Drowned Catacomb
Lands that come into play tapped are a huge handicap I find. Then maybe look into getting the 3 shocks
Blood Crypt
Watery Grave
Steam Vents

Harvester of Souls complements the commander quite well and is great with the fleshbag/reaper shenanigans.
Bloodchief Ascension does a good job of gaining some life.
Withering Boon is an awesome troll card because people will never expect MBC to counter something.
Beseech the Queen is the most budget tutor aside from Diabolic.
Withered Wretch is a better graveyard hater than Nezumi if that is what you use it for.
Grave Titan because you run Graveborn muse.
