Because this is so reliant on your tokens, I think replacing your green with white would be a little stronger. You could have cards like Intangible Virtue (which would be nice when you're forced to attack with 20 hasty goblins) and of course Boros Charm for an extra 4 damage and protecting your creatures (which really helps when they're forced to attack). I don't think the double strike would make much use in this deck, but those other abilities are vital. There actually is a spot for Boros Charm, and that's replacing Thunderous Wrath
Parallel Lives is cute in this deck. Sure it gives you thousands of goblins, but do you need that? I'd rather get 20 goblins and swing while having a Hellrider in play. That being said... I love this deck idea...
btw would you mind putting your list in deck tags? Makes it easier for people to look at the cards you're using, especially since the new set is just coming out.
Oh, totally... A Chromatic Lantern would help fix the mana problems so well. I'd just much rather build a nice, strong mana base than take up precious slots with a fixer.
However, speaking of Talrand, Talrand, Sky Summoner could be pretty powerful because of how many instants and sorceries are going to be cycled through in this deck using the Archaeomancer.
I'm still in the experimental stages of Magic: The Gathering and I've so far been really into the idea of populating and my favorite colors in standard right now fall under bant. The cards that I really want to use are Wayfaring Temple, Trostani, Selesnya's Voice, and Geist of Saint Traft. These 3 cards just synergize so well together, and they're really amplified when you throw a Cackling Counterpart into the mix and are able to populate Wayfaring Temple.
The biggest issue I'm seeing is the speed and mana base, so I wanted to see if anybody has some good advice for tweaks that can be made. Here's what i'm thinking...
I see... so the best way to use her is with more of an instant pump as opposed to really pumping her up only to have her bounce/destroyed etc. She really needs protection of sorts... Really what I'm starting to see is you don't want to really abuse her per say, but rather use her as more of a utility than a centerpiece
Wonderful. Magical Christmas land and that's the best you can come up with.
No thanks. I'll pass.
Totally unnecessary to be rude like that... at least be constructive like the other people that posted.
I do agree that these combos that I'm talking about are much too slow and instead of focusing all of the cards in the deck towards comboing up Champion of Lambholt, I like the idea of using her in combination with Gravecrawler and Bloodflow Connoisseur as a sac outlet in a BG Zombie/Undying Deck. Maybe throw in Hunger of the Howlpack.
Would trigger pretty hard if Corpsejack Menace is out, but after explaining my thoughts... it blows your whole hand and doesn't even deal lethal damage. Eh... I dunno, it seems really neat and I so badly want it to be an awesome combo, but I'm not sure if it's going to work out.
That is unless it was played slower and stacked some things like Tragic Slip and Abrupt Decay to help keep the board controlled until the combos can start rolling.
I've had a neat little idea in mind and wanted to get some input. I love Champion of Lambholt and I was thinking of some cool ways to abuse her in a GB deck. Here's a neat little combo I'm thinking of and I was hoping to get some advice as to how to potentially make it somewhat competitive.
All I have to say is... wow... I just tested a lot of solitaire with this deck and even after mulling to 4 I consistently did 20+ damage by turn 5, turn 4 about half of the time. Amazing.
Never got to play Restoration Angel, but I'm sure it's there for both evasiveness against destruction, and resetting soulbindings, so she's more meant for if games go a little later than planned.
Wait... it looks like you're missing a couple of cards. Looking at the deck, I would like to assume those were 2 Wolfir Silverheart, but the question still remains about Restoration Angel. I have a hard time seeing her Synergy without something like Thragtusk or Centaur Healer etc.
I have a question. Does Restoration Angel belong here? She seems sideable and instead, MB some Wolfir Silverheart. The ramp is there for him, especially if he binds with a Silverblade Paladin, not to mention having a Rancor on wither of them
@cal7 yea, I'm not too sure how willing I am to just blow all of my funds on all of these cards, but mostly just theorizing. I do like the idea of waiting for gatecrash to come out before really investing too much on singles.
On Thragtusk... He's an amazing target for Rancor, and he also smoothed out the end game curve.
I almost feel like at this point, the only card that the mana dorks are reaching for is Armada Wurm, and that's 9 slots for just 2 cards. If this is something you're interested in actually making, I highly recommend checking out the link I posted earlier (http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=450709&highlight=Precinct+Captain+Wayfaring+Temple+Rancor) which more focuses on amassing an army of tokens that all get stronger as the game progresses as opposed to stalling until you can get out an Armada Wurm
Welp.... 0/4/1... So what I pretty much learned was that in my local meta, you can't build on a budget, but I would say that about 75% of the games I played my deck refused to let me draw anything useful. This is what I played with (there are a couple of cards that I didn't have, so I supplemented with similar cards temporarily)
It was kindof funny actually... Every time I drew Trostani, Selecnya's Voice, I drew the Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage which was technically supposed to be another Trostani, and since she's Legendary.
There was a lot of down-talk on putting Wayfaring Temple in the deck, but it actually got a lot of mileage, especially with Rancor.
Just wondering, what do you think is wrong with Wayfaring Temple? I see it as a 3 drop that has a bunchoftricks that make him so much better in this deck. Also, if the game gets to be a stand still, wayfaring temple can get pretty massive.
I'm trying to think of what spells could come out for more creatures... Intangible Virtue? It's just so powerful when you have all of these spirits floating around...
It's really getting to a point where any changes are going to be a really tough call for me.
The biggest problem I've run into with Parallel Lives is that when I have it in hand, I get really uneasy about playing any tokens because I feel like the power of those spells could essentially double if it's in play. It slows my down a bit, but there's definitely some potential in it. I just feel like putting Parallel Lives in MD could make things a little less consistent. Do you have suggestions as to what could come out for it? The only place that I really feel like there's room is with Rancor, but it helps those Wayfaring Temples so much... It's a tough move.
btw would you mind putting your list in deck tags? Makes it easier for people to look at the cards you're using, especially since the new set is just coming out.
If Talrand's Invocation were to replace something, it would be Midnight Haunting, but the instant speed is a really nice trick for Wayfaring Temple. In any case, I'm thinking about replacing the Midnight Haunting with Selesnya Charm.
However, speaking of Talrand, Talrand, Sky Summoner could be pretty powerful because of how many instants and sorceries are going to be cycled through in this deck using the Archaeomancer.
When using Cackling Counterpart, I can make use out of a lot of creatures that have effects when they enter the field, and maintain population with Rootborn Defenses, Trostani, Selesnya's Voice, and potentially Wayfaring Temple. This in mind, I kindof want to use Elvish Visionary for draw power, and Archaeomancer.
A Cackling Counterparted Archaeomancer can turbo fog with Druid's Deliverance and even keep a Supreme Verdict and Rootborn Defenses on a cycle, and can even help with mana ramping using Farseek
The biggest issue I'm seeing is the speed and mana base, so I wanted to see if anybody has some good advice for tweaks that can be made. Here's what i'm thinking...
4 Wayfaring Temple
4 Geist of Saint Traft
4 Archaeomancer
2 Trostani, Selesnya's Voice
4 Cackling Counterpart
3 Rootborn Defenses
2 Supreme Verdict
2 Druid's Deliverance
4 Midnight Haunting
Totally unnecessary to be rude like that... at least be constructive like the other people that posted.

t1: Forest, Arbor Elf
t2: Swamp, Champion of Lambholt
t3: Land, Arbor Elf, Bloodflow Connoisseur Champion is a 3/3
t4: Land, Blood Artist (Champion 4/4), Fungal Sprouting for 4 Saprolings, Champion is an 8/8, Sacrifice all saprolings to Bloodflow Connoisseur, Blood Artist deals 4 and heals 4.
Champion is an 8/8 and Bloodflow is a 5/5.
Champion of Lambholt
+
Fungal Sprouting
effectively doubling the champion's P/T
+
Bloodflow Connoisseur
sac all of the tokens to pump her
+
Blood Artist
Potentially Throw a Corpsejack Menace in there and you've got quite the powerhouse. I'm thinking Strangleroot Geist and Tragic Slip would make some good additions in here too.
Let me know what you all think!
Thanks!

@mdill18 One issue I'm seeing is that the only evasiveness that you have for the 2 Wayfaring Temple and 2 Precinct Captain to get tokens on the board is with 1 Ajani, Caller of the Pride, as opposed to having 4 Rancor.
On Thragtusk... He's an amazing target for Rancor, and he also smoothed out the end game curve.
I almost feel like at this point, the only card that the mana dorks are reaching for is Armada Wurm, and that's 9 slots for just 2 cards. 3x Arbor Elf
4x Avacyn's Pilgrim
4x Call of the Conclave
2x Wayfaring Temple
1x Trostani, Selesnya's Voice
1x Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage
2x Thragtusk
2x Armada Wurm
Enchantments (8)
4x Rancor
2x Intangible Virtue
2x Oblivion Ring
3x Midnight Haunting
1x Eyes in the Skies
4x Selesnya Charm
2x Rootborn Defenses
Lands (23)
2x Gavony Township
4x Temple Garden
4x Sunpetal Grove
8x Forest
5x Plains
4x Centaur Healer
2x Rootborn Defenses
2x Druid's Deliverance
3x Ray of Revelation
2x Parallel Lives
2x Rest in Peace
There are obviously some things that need to be supplemented out (Trostani, Selesnya's Voice for Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage and Midnight Haunting for Eyes in the Skies). I would like to try to maintain the token motif of the deck, but after last night I almost feel like it's just not going to be competitive enough.
I'm almost thinking that I can build a much more powerful deck with Armada Wurm using Restoration Angel and killing my budget, and turning this deck into more of a weenie token generator using Precinct Captain, Wayfaring Temple, and Rancor, which after looking at my entire deck, it would end up looking something like (http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=450709&highlight=Precinct+Captain+Wayfaring+Temple+Rancor). Since there's already a forum that's almost EXACLY like the deck I would want to build with tokens, I think I'm going to stick with trying to utilize my 2nd Armada Wurm with a big-hitting Selesnya Deck, budget ignored. Here's what I'm thinking:
4x Avacyn's Pilgrim
4x Arbor Elf
4x Loxodon Smiter
4x Restoration Angel
4x Thragtusk
2x Armada Wurm
2x Ajani, Caller of the Pride
2x Garruk, Primal Hunter
Enchantments (6)
4x Rancor
2x Oblivion Ring
Instants (4)
4x Selesnya Charm
4x Temple Garden
4x Sunpetal Grove
8x Forest
8x Plains
I'm trying to think of what spells could come out for more creatures... Intangible Virtue? It's just so powerful when you have all of these spirits floating around...
It's really getting to a point where any changes are going to be a really tough call for me.
One thing I could consider is take out Wayfaring Temple and Rancor, and put in 4 Centaur Healer (Loxodon Smiter if I had him) and 2 Parallel Lives. I just wish there was a good 3 drop that worked alone that could make some nice tokens. Perhaps Slime Molding could fill that spot... Potentially splash black and have Lingering Souls
