Wow. I decided to just open the rest of the packs anyways for practice and you nailed it bang on! So I just have to account for a possible jumble in some of the rows but other than that the map is in fact accurate! I have another box that I'm going to practice with tomorrow or the next day, thanks again for the insight!
I would like to throw out there that I tried opening a booster box, made in the USA, and it did not comply with the map, not even if rows were displaced. There is definately something wrong with the map, specifically either the C track, or the interlacing order is wrong.

hey n144mann, when you said before that you opened 3 packs before the hallowed fountain and your sequence was C-A-C, may I ask what your first 3 rares were please? I think it would help me understand how you determined where in the sequence you were. thanks. Also, where in the box were those first 3 packs position wise?
Could someone please explain or give an example of how to understand jmalex's post of the 4 tracks and how they interlace. Say run through what you would expect to open in the right column of a booster box, starting at the top pack down to the bottom pack? How do you determine where you start and how does the interlacing pattern work? is it one card from the A list then one card from the B list and one card from the D list and so on or do you run down the whole list at a time? Can anyone rearrange this post so it looks like the rest of the maps that have been released for previous sets?
