^^^^ Ive thought about that guy, I just imagine having a hard time returning one of our creatures. I might give him a try, he is really good, and I do feel blade splicer isnt what she used to be.
V clique would be good in the three slot. And if only flickerwisp had flash he would be amazing on the three slot. Squad hawk has been working amazing. Im going to remake my sb, its out of date sense the bans. But I think this deck is even better now after the bans.

Hey I've been doing a bit of testing and having a lot of fun playing the deck. I've been finding the blade splicer to be a bit dead, with three untapped mana we're in a bit of an awkward position and I don't like tapping out there. After that I'm finding it hard to find a time to play the splicer.
How do we feel about this card? It's a 3 cost 3/2 flyer, we can get around some removal or get more value out of snapcaster/angel as well as exile a graveyard target from a DRS or underpower a Goyf.
Goblin Guide would be a champ, if Root Maze is out they can be flooded with lands and having them come in each turn tapped would reduce the negative aspect of GGuide. Maybe a G/R aggro/burn style running Aether Vial and the Maze. I also think you could go with something more mid-range control-ish with Ajani V. and Garruk W. to keep their key lands tapped and keep yours untapped. The second option sounds a bit more unrealistic with the maze in play but they're still ideas. Maybe you could incorporate the new Gruul mechanic to pump your 1-2CMC creatures pumped out early by vial.
I did a quick search on the forums and I couldn't find anything so here's my question: will there be any lands (non-basic) reprinted in modern masters?
Hey everyone, I've recently started to play magic (again?). I played very intermittently when I was younger and am now interested in playing more seriously. I have about six paper RtR drafts under my belt, and now I'm coming to Magic:Online to do some drafting and constructed play. I'm more interested in modern than standard right now so that's probably the format I'll be streaming the most. For now I'll be participating in some drafts and getting used to the program.
