Your deck is excellent and the elaboration is clear. The only problems are the cost...i've used your deck to play with various archetypes and below is my comment.
I know fetchland + Crucible of Worlds is good but I have only one COW and that has been put in the Azusa deck i.e. I didn't put COW in the deck. I guess Catastrophe is used due to the presence of COW otherwise I can't see any point to bomb all my lands. I would suggest replacing All is Dust and Catastrophe by Day of Judgment, Harsh Mercy, Wrath of God or Supreme Verdict.
Living Death is removed as one of my friends are using Balthor the Defiled as Commander. Living Death is too risky to be used. I go for Nevinyrral's Disk and Pernicious Deed as the reset button.
There is a need to add Bonfire of the Damned in the deck. You may want to keep the number of black and red spell low but Bonfire of the Damned is the key to beat token deck.
I remove Skyshroud Claim and go for Soothsaying. Actually this card is rarely use i think and the activation cost is too high. The truth is that I can't draw Soothsaying for most of the time and it's full power is unknown yet (maybe i will changed to Enchanted Evening later). I want to ramp earlier and Mana Reflection is too hard to be cast i would go for Prismatic Omen (the function is different tho).
Last but not the list, I've removed Mystical Tutor and use Spirit of Resistance which fits for penta-color decks. Also I use Crystal Quarry as mana tuning.
As long as the mana is smooth, this deck's 1 on 1winning percentage is over 80%.

i dun use All is Dust. So I remove Ghostflame Sliver and go for Sedge Sliver which has 2 functions. I would increase the tempo by swapping Synapse Sliver with Pulmonic Sliver. I've increased the evasion by removing Hibernation Sliver and Homing Sliver to Shifting Sliver and Winged Sliver.

Rhystic Study is too passive and slow and I have changed it to Memory Jar.
Leyline of Anticipation is changed to Training Grounds.
I would like to keep the casting cost of counterspells low. Replace Cryptic Command, Mana Drain (no money to buy this), Pact of Negation, Rewind, Spell Crumple, Time Stop by Absorb, Arcane Denial, Cancel, Counterspell, Deprive, Dissipate, and Undermine. (I know Arcane Denial is a rare card to be used in edH but I just love this one blue mana hard counterspell)

At first, I change Eternal Witness to Regrowth but later i change to Restock.
