I understand that leave the battlefield effects wouldn't trigger, but this is a "when this card dies" ability. I was curious about the timing with the enchantment falling off from the creature leaving the battlefield to hitting the graveyard.
Is there a chance to interrupt the attach equipment part of Nahiri, the Lithomancer's +2? Like if I wanted to kill the token before it got bigger from equipment.
Am I correct in thinking that if you use Nahiri, the Lithomancer's +2 with a Primal Vigor out that I would not be able to attach an equipment to both tokens?
Wondering about Marchesa, the Black Rose's trigger. When a creature dies with a 1/1 on it while she is out, does it create a delayed trigger, or does she check at the beginning of the end step for creatures that died with a 1/1? Couple of possible situations.
Marchesa as a commander. She is out, all my other creatures have 1/1 counters on then. Someone board wipes with Supreme Verdict. Do I get everything other than Marchesa back?
Marchesa as commander again. Someone kills a creature of mine with a 1/1 on it, then on an empty stack kills Marchesa. Do I get the first creature back?
Last situation. Marchesa as commander, board wipe like the first situation, but this time it's my turn and I recast her on my second main. Does it make any difference?
Thanks!
My turn. I Mass Mutiny my opponents Grave Titan. I have Tooth and Claw on the field. On my second main after I attack, I sacrifice the Titan and one of the zombies it created to make a 3/1. My opponent tries to cast Reincarnation on his Titan. I don't think this is possible because sacrificing the creature to Tooth is a cost and can't be responded to, as the time Tooth's ability hits the stack the Titan is gone. Can he respond with Reincarnation?
4 player EDH game, I play Leyline of Sanctity and Witch Hunt. After I give the hunt to someone else, at their end step they roll a die to choose someone randomly. Am I excluded from the roll, or am I included and the ability fizzles due to invalid target if I get chosen?
I have Jace, Architect of Thought out and have used his +1. On my opponents turn he hits me with an overloaded Cyclonic Rift, then he attacks. Do his creatures still get -1/-0?
Do you choose what populate is copying as it resolves or hits the stack? Confused because populate doesn't target. Question came up wondering if you could pull a saproling off of Ghave, Guru of Spores after Growing Ranks trigger had hit the stack and have it copy that token.
Thanks
