Illusory Angel: Unfortunately, my favorite card is unusable in pretty much every format. It has only seen release in Planechase 2012, making it a very uncommon card. It is the first MonoBlue Angel, which makes it pretty unique. It is one of very few blue creatures with a power and toughness above the curve, unfortunately it's ability and lack of flash make it fairly useless in it's color. Allen Williams did a hell of a good job with the art too.

I understand the cards don't have the abilities in the graveyard, but the cards do when exiled which makes me question it.

The GPT only had 8 of us thanks to States going on so I don't feel like I need a real tournament report for it. Round 1 I beat Esper Thopters 2-0, he couldn't do much even with a turn 3 combo online the first game. Round 2 was 2-1 against KikiChord. I lost game 2 because of a turn 1 Burrenton Forge-Tender and a turn 3 Eidolon of Rhetoric. Finals was against Infect. Game 1 I used my Pact on the wrong spell not thinking he would have a Mutagenic Growth in hand; he killed me turn 3 while having a turn 4 win in hand if he had let me untapped. Game 2 and 3 I just fogged at the right times and played conservatively.

I control a Fatestitcher and a Land. My opponent controls a Spellskite.
When I activate the Fatestitcher, targeting my Land, do I have to choose Tap or Untap at that point, or is upon resolution? (I don't know if this qualifies as a Mode or not)
If the opponent redirects the ability, does the may in the ability allow me to say nothing happens or at that point, must the untap/tap happen upon resolution?
