I would suggest Nivix Cyclops over delver. He can slow down aggro and synergizes very well with artful dodge. At the very least sb him. Your deck needs draw and you should go with think twice. You don't want to run out of answers and you can always eat one if you need it the extra damage.
I don't really understand the point of Ral. You already have Hidden strings to untap permanents and artful dodge to avoid blockers. If you want to hit someone for 3 damage you might as well run 2 Searing Spears or more boros charms.
Render is very restrictive mana wise , and only effective in a late game scenario where they can cast more than one spell a turn. You don't want your opponent to have that option. SB it and maybe run 2 rewinds main board. The pros are easier to cast in a 3 color deck, and lets you have options for the second spell. the biggest con is it hits turn 4 instead of 3.
Other sb suggestions would be 4 pillars, and maybe Aurelia's Fury
Personally i think black is the better splash, but i think you have a strong deck.
I would drop 1 master of cruelties for an olivia. All of your burn spells deal 3-4 damage so you don't really need to bring them to 1 to win. The interaction between olvia high priest a boros reckoner is too good to pass up.

Day 1 it was rouges passage and volitale rig I.got a few lucky flips and wiped the board. Day 2 was paliside giant. It rarely stuck around for more than three turns but it stalled just long enough. Cancel was also key
I can't see someone playing the rare imps or supersonic dragon or any of the huge sphinxes and loosing the game. The absense of Deathtouch blockers on green and tappers on white is markable to me, those kind of cards are nothing but pillars of the draft format imo.
Why should someone lose the game for playing their limited bomb? I mean its unfun getting pummelled and having no answer, but why not get your own "I win the game" creature
People actually say blue white is bad? 2 damage wouldn't have broken this card. Maybe they are pushing for more single target removal. There are a 1 and 2 cost removal spells
Its last effect is very powerful. Golgari didn't mind its creatures dying in the first place.but now.they can be protected. Golgari also has acess to two 2cc cards that can stop orings and the like. Its always a relevant card. Unlike the rakdos charm
