I just swatted using this forum and I don't live online so I haven't seen that this has come up a lot. Sorry guys.

I heard that not that long ago MaRo had made a comment or statement that they wanted to do a block that each of the sets in the block corresponded to the seasons that they were put out in.

Theros is Greek for summer...

Could theros block be the block? And could we see a snow covered set that is not based on ice age or cold snap flavor or mechanics?

Ice age is nostalgic for me cause I started playing when ice age was out and I quit right after mercadian masques. Got back into the game with acavyns restored.

Any ways what do you all think? Could we see a new snow set based on the season and not an ice age.

So MaRo had said they planned on re printing some other modern staples in upcoming sets besides the shocks in RTR block and the cards in Modern Masters. I'm hoping they reprint the fetch lands soon but not only the zendikar block fetches but hopefully the onslaught fetches or at least functional reprints so we have access to all 10 color combinations.

What are your guys thoughts on how soon you think they might, if ever. And do you think we will ever have all 10 in standard and modern?

I play competitively at my lgs for FNM and occasionally on their modern tournaments on Saturdays. But for the most part on Monday nights we play casually. I purchased all the planes chase, archenemy, and vanguard oversized cards and we use them all the time! I hope they do at least another archenemy set but would love to see them do them both from time to time. Maybe not every other year though. I'd also love to see another vanguard set at some point.
