So I've been looking into the post version of this deck for a bit, trying to figure out if I want to build it, and I have some questions that aren't really answered by the primer:

Looking at common win conditions I see Tez and more recently Belcher. It seems like Belchers gives the deck more lasting power, and the ability to end games faster, but what are they bad against? Is belcher better or worse against aggro, combo, control? What about March of the Machines, as a win condition?

In the post version, which is the version I am more interested in, I see Terramophic/Evolving Wilds and wonder - Are fetches better? Is this a budget thing or is there a reason I am missing?

Thank you, and I apologize if I just missed these answers elsewhere.

I once tried making a Modern deck in a similar fashion. Instead of Purphoros, it was Blasting Station and Bridge from Below. Thread is here.

I figure even if your deck is based on something different, they share many similarities, and maybe could give you inspiration? Like Bloodghast instead of Gravecrawler, a mistake I made with my initial build of the deck. Maybe add in some dredge? Just throwing out ideas.

I'm really latching onto Beck and Call as the solution here. I think my plan is to fire off the combo with Beck and then stop it with a 1-of Trickbind (which can't be countered).

Beck is a may so you can stop drawing whenever you want to.

I had been testing a similar deck, but no Beck/Call, and it had Gravecrawler as a recurring dude, and Geralf's Messenger as a better than bolt burn spell.

Now I am testing this new list, and it has potential. I absolutely love Beck, it can turn the game around if you can hit the right mill targets. And now that Bridge has been reprinted, it isn't so awful to get. The Bloodghast is neat for the deck, but I am worried about any land destroy like Tectonic Edge in a deck that runs... 9 lands that produce mana?

But it definitely is fun to play, and I want to see if it can work with the amount of consistency any given combo deck needs. I have worried about obvious sideboard cards like Rest in Peace, and aggro decks in general. Ideas? Darkblast in the board? Naturalize?

I am really surprised that in the trailer there was no mention of the Gateless. It might be under Lazav, but one could assume he manipulates them. Maybe the whole guildless stuff is more setup for another shot at Ravnica? Well with the gates and all I doubt it, that's a lot of work for for only so much payoff.

And yeah, the "no one of this world can stop me" is comical, although it makes me wonder two things:
    1) Is Gideon really going to fight the Dimir guild leader and win?
    2) Does Lazav know about planeswalkers?

He is pretty smart for a standard person, being a guild leader who supposedly channels Szadek and all, but is he that smart?

Do you people think the Gateless will be more prominent in Dragon's Maze?

Fireman Nevena led the victorious assault on the Barbu Rooftop rebels. Now the Gateless have marked her for death.

Gateless putting out hits? Anyone else feel like that's stepping up what's expected of them from RTR? I know they're doing important things, but this is quite the insight into what may or may not be going down for GTC.

It's because the name is separated by a comma.
Without a comma, the card lists its name in full in the text box (see Karn Liberated). Nothing wrong there, if you ask me.

Perhaps Phage's wording is a bit old, but she seems fine without a comma.

I don't want to have a Coiling Oracle reprint just like I didn't want a Gelectrode reprint.

I want a card similar in cost/ability to have more cards similar to Coiling Oracle.
