When ~ enters the battlefield, you may destroy target non-basic land an opponent controls. That player may search their library for a basic land and put it onto the battlefield tapped.
It would wreak havoc in vintage/legacy, and still be good in modern, commander, planechase, limited, and standard.
A ghost quarter on a body would be a great card design.
I dunno about legacy + standard, but it should probably be banned in modern. In standard it will lose too many tools post rotation, and in legacy there's so many powerful cards its just one of many.

Personally, I think Ten/Vs are incredibly overrated, and the No Code/Yield era was the best. But I like all the albums in truth.
