The standard meta right now is so every changing very quickly.
I find myself slacking behind in the standard meta. So, instead of my frustration level rising and threatening myself to sell all my cards and do something else, i'd figure i would step away from standard for a short time until the dust settles a little.
Thinking about playing EDH, Modern and Legacy for the time being.
By doing this, do you guys think I'll have a hard time getting back in if I wait until next block release? Or maybe step away from Standard all together.
I know there are some people who don't play standard at all, because of cost, and the changes that are made on a day in and day out basis.
Let's see. With the google results I've checked, all I got was the foil version. Also, I couldn't find any site that has the price for these non-foiled cards. So, nice try on that one.
The idea behind the link was a small hint to do the research.
In Standard format, because the block it was printed in has since rotated out of standard. The Standard Block as of right now consists of Return to Ravinica, Gatecrash, Dragon's Maze and M13 Core Set.
On Topic: Why do decks need fancy names at all?
Yeah Cephalid Breakfast or The Rock sound cool, but they aren't necessary.
I'm firmly in the "call them what they are" camp, instead of making up fancy names.
What if the deck names were all 75 cards as the name? That would be good.
Heres an idea. "No more deck names", maybe that will suffice the OP?
Just because OP doesn't like a deck named "American", I think all decks should begin with "American". Even if it doesnt have U/W/R in it. It could be G/B "American Goligari" or W/R "American Boros".
Honestly, if you have time to sit there and rage about a name that was given to 75 peices of cardboard with pretty art on it. I think you need to find something else to occupy your time.
Its a name, so what? You're post is the equivalent to saying, I hate all forum posters with the name "jokulmorder" how lame, its bad, wahh wahhhh, QQ.

Shutup.
Considering these three are used in a Control deck, the word Control would be cool incorporated somewhere.
Thanks!

I know they have sales booths where you can purchase cards. My main question is:
Do they accept Visa/MC for purchases at the event? Or is it cash only?
