Sentinel's Eyes is not obviously powerful but it's one of my favorite types of cards and might play better than it appears. The key is the super cheap escape cost. It's a contender to fill the (often awkward) final aura in Bogles and it might work just as a complement in fair decks to lingering souls and the like.
Id say that once youve maximized your christmasland turn two plays, you can then focus on turn three and creature redundancy.
To that end - I say the naginata is not that useful and puresteel paladin is useful mostly just as a plan B.
This probably works a bit like bogles but of course the equipment persists. What if your opponent targets the equipment for removal?
Moving along... You will get the hammer pretty consistently but you cant count on having it on turn 1. I say this is more of a turn 3 combo that will occasionally go off on turn two. Sigarda's Aid is the real problem here.
Do we play thopters to maximize the chance of comboing out on the rare turn one where we have both? And while we're at it - maybe throwing SSG into the mix and hoping to combine it with so many other cards is just too much variance?
The design of this card is so boring... useless card for constructed. Who the hell will play this when you have Path to Exile? This has problems to cast (once request a snow land) and is fragile on the field. This really will se play in draft during 1 month... and will never ever see play again. Chained to The rocks, considering the existence of shock lands, is ten times better than this card.
I’m a Bogles player and this f****** aura pisses me off. This is garbage... and it’s a RARE! C'mon... give auras some love and respect!
In Bogles this would deal with problem creatures and add to the enchantment count but it wouldn't necessarily be the first enchantment on the list to get removed if your opponent draws a disenchant.
No, it won’t be a good card for bogles. It’s a removal that has sorcery speed, that requests a ridiculous snow land and that can be destroyed. It’s total garbage compared to Path to Exile.
Relax a bit. Nobody said it replaces PtE.
But there's only 4 PtE allowed and you know that there's always a flexible slot or two in Bogles.

I think Wrenn and Six is a Land Destruction card. It improves on Crucible in multiple ways and goes nicely with Boom//Bust, and the emblem allows you to recycle land destruction.
I won't say it'll be a good deck but I think the skeleton is shaping up. I wonder if a Naya version is possible to take advantage of Flagstones and other white goodies?
Winds of Abandon is actually interesting. It is a 1w Path to Exile but it also has an Overload that wipes the enemy board.
It obviously doesn't fit with Land Destruction but it is efficient in a way that we don't usually see. It makes me want to look at restoration angel builds again.
Winds of Abandon is one of those cards that people dismiss too quickly. How many removal spells moonlight as a partial win condition? It's not even a difficult deck-building challenge - get creatures on the board.
Even the standard mode - it's not so much that 2 cmc removal is unplayable - it's just that PtE is a very pushed removal card.
I bet I can play it together with Eternal Scourge and some board wipes. Two copies?

Similar results are possible with Kor Outfitter and Simian Spirit Guide.
That's two different paths to a turn 2 kill.
And then if you're in RW anyways there's also Boros Charm.
Yep. Let people enjoy things.
Hall of Heliod is probably worth trying to make work, but I wouldn't bet on it becoming a core card.
Obvious Jennifer Beals influence.

This card was my most wanted reprint. Errr... Realistic reprint. Not expecting to get Wasteland

Edit: Pillage reprint. Finally a real LD card.

I think WoA is pretty competitive.
