I would like unexplored types. Ex. Frogs, Spiders, Cats, etc. These types have cards, but are not really that good. The Gitrog Monster, Ishkanah, and the cat lord in Amonkhet are good starters.

Does anyone else want the two kings to be separate legendary creatures with..........wait for it...........PARTNER??!? The artwork could have been younger versions of the characters looking across the horizon yearning for each other. Then, they could have a joint three-colored card (GWB) later in a Theros revisit. (No red since the war would be over.) Such potential, but the card is sweet though.

Im wondering if Nissa can sustain the lives of the Aetherborn. It would be very useful if the AEtherborn join the revolt against the condulate.

Not necessarily. Garruk would see Bolas and take into account that he is a dragon as well as a planeswalker. He wouldn't go headlong into a fight he is clearly outmatched in. He is not Gideon. Part of being a hunter is watching and patience. But I see Bolas spinning the Gatewatch as a sort of hunting party set on killing Garruk to get him on his side. Then Garruk becomes a hitman of sorts. Take out walkers that can be problematic.

The original 5 walkers are together again except........
Something tells me Garruk is going to show up in the near future. Also because giant group of walkers skipping around the multiverse and Garruk has taken up the hobby of "Destroy target planeswalker".

If it comes between the curse killing him or returning to Innistrad to see if Avacyn can heal him, he most likely is going to return to save himself. Especially if he thinks he can pick back up on Liliana's trail.

Sure he does. If the hedron stalled the curse, Garruk could have gain his senses back and remembered what vronos said about Avacyn on Innistrad. Desperate to rid himself of the cure, he returns to Innistrad where Avacyn takes the curse upon herself corrupting herself in the process. Then, as a juicy climax, Garruk cannot leave Innistrad because the hedron is still within him. This means Garruk must hide from Avacyn. This means Garruk goes from Apex Predator to hiding from an angel deadset on destroying all life on Innistrad. Hey, Garruk could get a Legendary Creature card since the hedron saps his spark. Can you imagine the utter glee Liliana would feel seeing an angel slaughter humans, werewolves, vampires, and other angels??

I don't think it has to be Emrakul. It could very well be that Garruk, desperate for cure now, takes Vronos's advice and returns to Innistrad. Avacyn's solution could be to take the curse onto herself thinking she could handle it better than he could. Now instead of keeping the balance between humans, vampires and werewolves she kills all beings she comes across. This could lead Sorin to have to choose between trying to find a cure while she slaugthers the inhabitants of Innistrad or destroying his creation.

I think the new Nissa shows that the superfriends won out somehow and she takes on replanting Zendikar with all the seeds she has gathered. Her plus makes plants and her minor minus strengthens them. Certainly doesn't seem combat oriented.

    Quote from Zhakad »
the spoiled card Crush of Tentacles makes me wonder if the monsters of the deep awakened after Lorthos's death, or that Kiora survived and once again commanded them.

...or that the denizens of the deep are super enraged because their father was just killed. (This is assuming Lorthos fathered a great many underwater creatures on Zendikar.)

I actually think it would be awesome to see a plane on the brink of destruction and then has to repair itself. It would be interesting to see how new leylines are drawn and how the landscape fills back in. The next visit to Zendikar could illistrate how mana redistributed across the plane and how once towering mountains are now lowly swamps. Of course there might still be traces of old mana there constituting new duel lands.

What's more adventurous than mapping out landscapes that you once knew that now may be totally different??

I'm hoping green comes alive with this mechanic after being pretty awful in BFZ. *Fingers crossed*

Not necessarily. We do not know enough about the Eldrazi, the leylines, or the hedrons to make that determination. If there is something we don't know, they can twist that however they want. Example: What if the hedrons could be used to syphon mana from nearby planes or some other source with a lot of power? We couldn't say that it was a business move because we didn't know all they could do to begin with.

I have a problem with the Zendikar-is-doomed thing. If Zendikar is gonna be destroyed, why would the four planeswalkers stand on Zendikar looking as happy as clams in the art that we have already?? I mean Chandra has a giant smile on her face.......is she psychotic?
