I always offer the handshake when I lose, and say good match - Regardless of how it went. When I win, I do not offer the handshake, especially if it were a one sided affair.
Has Last Breath fallen out of favour? It kills Courser, Morphs. And does Pressure Point warrant a place in the mainboard when it seems best against early aggro, and doesn't help with Stormbreath?
I'm still running 2 last breath mainboard, and it's still been good overall.
I think some of these suggestions may be going too deep. Jim Davis is currently 7-2-1 at SCG DC - The only changes he made to his list were in the sideboard. They are as follows:
I think U/W has some trouble with R/G monsters right now, a resolved Stormbreath Dragon just wrecks face once its on board
Rev decks had a lot of trouble with monsters last format too. Their threat density is very high for a small amount of turns. our 1 for 1 counters sometimes are not enough.
Also, I kinda wonder why we're even discussing anything. I have some notion this deck will close up shop with FRF. UB gets much much stronger and UWR can use this almost exact shell to greater effectiveness. all this deck gets is ugin, and to be honest, in testing, elspeth is better (much more powerful + ability, and much lower mana cost outweigh ugin's - ability, given that elspeth's -ability is going to be almost equally powerful in many scenarios).
I've been playing this deck for about a month, and I can't find success for it. Been playing the standard 2 PLA build, and the deck feels wildly underpowered most of the time. Anyone else feel this?
How are you guys beating the whip decks? (Sidisi/GB constellation type decks) I feel like this deck is on the rise big time and once they land a whip it feels like a fold.
I'm going to GP Miami next weekend, and I had two questions about the meta/deck choice for the tournament:
What do you predict the meta will be like?
What do you think the best deck is for the weekend?
I'm not so good at predicting metagames, so I would greatly appreciate the input.
Thanks!
can you post a pic/proof? I didn't see it.
For example: abzan, burn, affinity, amulet bloom, fish, etc.
Thanks!

UWRs mana base is not going to be as smooth as UW
