Btw the key shutdown of turbofog is grand abolisher. But if you guys would like to test against my variation of turbofog feel free to add me on Skype. Just send me a personal message on here and I'll send you my screen name.
I mill my opponent out pretty well but problem is if you can't get rites of flourishing out early the game may be a loss especially against aggro decks. I also have surgical extraction in the sideboard in case they leak stuff then I would remove their Mana leak.
Oh wait, one possible combo is 3 fiend hunters, but I only run 2. Wait, what?
This combo already existed as well with Suture Priest. Healer is much worse a card.
Another combo: 2x Fiend Hunter + Restoration Angel.
Fiend Hunter exiling Fiend Hunter. Blink Hunter #1, Hunter #2 comes back, exiling the Resto Angel. Then Hunter #1 comes around again, exiles Hunter #2, returning the Angel. There you go.
This is probably the more reliable combo. It'd be awesome to have champion of the perish on the field for infinite power/toughness.
@ TabooTapeworm: Well, I was checking to make sure it's legal in the sense that it's doable by the rules and priority/timing/stack. I would probably only set off the loop when I have either Seraph Sanctuary or Cathar's Crusade out for an arbitrarily large number of life gain or +1/+1 counters on other creatures I control.
As for Blade splicer, I think that's not a bad idea and I'll put that into consideration once I start play testing the deck.
@dtran1717: I think it's doable, since the entire action of the flicker has to be resolved first before the ETB effect of restoration angel triggers.
ok i just wasn't sure which effect would resolve first. I thought of doing an infinite loop of blinking with only 2 Restoration Angel but the card says "non angel" so i was trying to figure out a way to do it and you answered it with Fiend Hunter AWESOME!
in my opinion it shouldn't work because the when the Fiend Hunter is blink wouldn't that mean that split second it leaves that the Restoration Angel would come back meaning that it's effect triggers before the Fiend Hunter?
i love running Knowledge Pool and Curse of Exhaustion. I play it in my U/W spirit tokens deck. I run 20 land and i stall out with my tokens or creatures until i can pull the 2 cards then i use Day of Judgment to wipe the board the board the play the 2 cards within the next two turns hoping they don't summon any creatures and lock them for the win. Treasure Mage is good for fetching Knowledge Pool.
I have 2 builds for this type of deck. This is my most recent build of it. The old one had Knowledge Pool and Karn Liberated in them for another fun build.
just looking for tips to building a more "winning" deck.
I win about 50/50 because i will either not have the mana i need, don't have mana at all or get flooded with mana. Also not very good against burn decks.
