i have wipes like slagstorm, untill turn 4. after that i have koth, hound, dragon, titan, conscripts.
had not many problems untill now.
and the reason for this deck is, not to play noble, vexing or berserker. since RDW is a bad deck. so i tried to make something else, and know what? it works awesome untill now.
slagstorm doesnt even come active until turn 3? is it just play land, go, for the first 2 turns? and then HOPE to resolve the rest of your effects?
The list came from the video featuring Gerry T vs. Brad Nelson from SCG's premium account. As I understand it, we can't post anything from SCG premium. It was posted before all of Avacyn Restored was spoiled, so I'd expect him to make some changes (Pillar of Flame will be maindecked in any red deck worth a damn).
Why does not having any Snapcasters make the deck that much worse? I'll admit, there are times when I feel like I need him, but I don't see why any Blue deck instantly needs four of. The Seachromes would be handy, but I already have enough B/U, W/B and W/U duals in the deck.

For both you'll need the Snapcaster Mages... So from a budgetty point of view. Both decks will end up costing the same, pretty much.
except that u/w delver needs geist of saint traft x3-4 which are 20.00 each, glacial fortress x4 which are 5.00. and many other cards that cost well over the 5.00 mark.
u/r delver is more budget, but u/w delver is far more competitive.
I like the idea but im afraid you will have a very hard time getting a tri color deck to work this way. You also have 12 spells on miracle that are quite bad at full cost and only 4 ponder. Also the vexing devil is too easily answered for you. I dont think he works here because he will get burned killed or just blocked out. You could replace him with draw like think twice but my best advice is go 2 color
