Metalworker is great early/mid game and he's great when your luck or shuffling runs poorly and you're manascrewed. His utility trails off in the late game but that's hardly a knock on him. A Mox late game isn't great either, but that's not why you're running them. I have an update coming for my cube and Metalworker is finally making his debut. Not because I didn't want him, but I needed to spend that money elsewhere in the cube.
*edit*: Sorry, I clearly need to cut some reanimation support from my forum posting cube.
I think if it had a few more points of power and trample it would be busted beyond all belief. As it is Em is a beast that is kicking her original version out of the cube upon release.
Amusingly enough this weekend the "reshuffle" clause of old Em actually saved a player's butt by putting their Entomb and Exhume back in their library. It was pretty slick to see.
I run Bob. I'm not certain mono-Black aggro is effective in a powered environment without him. Bob is so good I find myself trying to wedge him into decks when I really shouldn't. So good.
My cube is likely adding planeswalkers in the next major (non EM release) edit. Both versions of Tezz will be going in. I support artifact.dec and Tezz is going to boost that archetype hugely.
I have run all ten, before I powered my cube. They're excellent color fixing and I'm always a bit taken aback when people talk about them being too fast for their cube. I find it incredibly fun to drop a signet turn two and then turn three drop a 4CMC creature or spell. I understand some people like slower environments though.
If you're looking for solid fixing beyond your lands the Signets are an inexpensive and solid choice.
My Lightning Bolt is from Revised, which was when I started Magic. Bolt is the standard by which all burn is judged. Cheap, fast, and threatens a sizable portion of the cube's creatures and even some Planeswalkers. It's presence in a cube means that one untapped Mountain forces the same style of caution in an opponent that two untapped Islands do. Lightning Bolt is versatile and cheap. Every cube should run it. If you can't get your hands on one of the early copies, run one that has the M10 flavor text. It's a nice love letter to old players.
Well, it'll be ok versus decks that have to stay on curve, particularly if you're on the play. The more I look at him the more relevant he might be. The issue becomes "when does blue have too many counters for the game to be fun"? In my 480 powered list I'm running ten at the moment. That's been acceptable so far, but I'm cognizant that there might be a line you can cross on that.
The Swords are a high pick for me in my cube. They were some of the first "broken" artifacts I added to the cube, and they have lead to some interesting moments in games. They're far from the cut line as we stand today.
I saw someone in the Thalia prerelease thread saying that Reveillark had just about lived out it's useful Cube life. My group generally passes on it, I don't think I've seen it maindecked this year.

Also, after the previous page the word "staple" looks weird to me now.

I'm a dog person, but I've had cats too.

I run a full art alter of Rahn's art.
Once the list tightens up I might need to choose between them.
