From a flavor standpoint, Jeskai Sage is pretty random. So you have this apparently really wise guy and he teaches others and spreads his wisdom by means of - dying?

Return a creature you control to its owner's hand. You may then put a creature card with a different name and converted mana cost less than or equal to the returned creature from your hand onto the battlefield.

Exile target spell. Each player may then bid life. You start the bidding with a bid of any number. In turn order, each player may top the high bid. The bidding ends if the high bid stands. The high bidder loses life equal to the high bid and may cast the spell exiled with ~ without paying its mana cost. Otherwise, put the exiled spell into its owner's graveyard.

Discard a land card: ~ gets +2/+2 until end of turn. Activate this ability only once each turn. Sickly and weakened, he plucks away every seedling, hungering for vigor. 2/2
Mostly a defensive card since the reanimated creatures can't attack, but I imagine it being a really cool card in a RW casual aggro deck alongside cards like Ogre Battledriver or Anger. Paying X = 3 should be enough to bring back all your dead weenies and have one more alpha strike.
I really like the barricade. It has cool art, and effect isn't too shabby either. A white Quickling, more or less. Helps with manifest and lets you reuse EtB-Abilites. Definitely gonna use it in some casual decks at least.
IlGreven (Just nice, clean design)
CryoZenith (Very flavorful overall. However, since auras are already pretty prone to create card disadvantage, I probably would have limited the steal effect to equipment. That'd also make sense from a flavor perspective, since enchantments are usually not something tangible you can just "loot")

Creature - Centaur Shaman (R) BG, T: Return target land card from your graveyard to the battlefield and put an entity counter on it.
Each land you control with an entity counter on it is a 3/3 Elemental creature that's still a land. "I am only the harbinger. Soon, the old gods that lie buried now will truly reawaken, and their return shall shake this world at its heart." 1/3
