Nobody? Ok, guess I'll suggest it then.

Card's name is "Urza's Bauble Head"

I'm in the camp of not wanting spoilers like this so early, it just detracts from the current spoiler season that I enjoy.

That said, I am watching the WWE announcement reveal thing on the stream right now and I no longer care how WotC feels. This is terrible, and the most cringe thing I have ever seen. If this is how they want to offer spoilers, and all common filler at that, bring on the entirety of Ixalan.

    God this is awful.

I was excited for Tamiyo, but this card doesn't have the same aerie feel that the original had. She was a "moon sage" back then. Now she's just your run of the mill tempo and refuel card. She needed to be more controlling, and more about spells. I don't mind the Bant coloring, but just like how Bant Company is predominantly green/white with a blue splash, this Tamiyo feels more green and white than blue.

Draw cards = Blue (Based on creatures = green/white)
Freeze two permanents = Mono Blue
Recall and Omniscience = Mono Blue

Just cause you don't like that her first ability relies on creatures doesn't mean her card is in any way less blue than green and white.

If the new format is No Reserved List Legacy, then stock up on Dracos now because Dracosplosion will be literally the only deck worth playing. Oh, you're playing shocks and fetches and I can burn you for 16 on turn 3 with basically zero setup? Well then gg. You didn't deal damage to yourself with your lands? Okay, then I'll sac my tapped lands to Fireblast you for the other 4. And I have Force of Will backup. Because this format is not poorly conceived at all.

Of course, that's not the format because it's an utterly terrible idea. Even the people who had massive enough ******* boners over the idea to create a subreddit dedicated to the format have given up because no onecares.

Cause there's no way for any deck in a reserve list-less legacy to deal with a 3 mana sorcery on turn 2 or 3.

Right. It'd the be all end all of the format, full stop. Got it.

Prodder is definatly better in R/X ramp or other Big Red decks, he's not meant to be for low curve aggro decks.

I disagree. He's a cheap evasive creature that nets you card advantage or direct damage. This is a pinnacle red aggro card. It's more fun to force an opponent to take huge damage or let you draw a big threat, but that damage is not as important when your strategy is to end the game with big finishers, where as it fits perfectly in a cheap aggressive deck that just wants to push damage.

Sin Prodder wow that one looks intersting as hell. Red-bob.
Big downside your opponent will never let you draw lands.

What red aggro deck needs more than 3-4 lands? Also if they bin one there's no guarantee you won't draw one on your draw step.

    Jesus Christ people RTFC.

Sin Prodder's trigger does NOT replace your regular draw step. If your opp sees a land and lets you keep it, you then ALSO draw for the turn. The only feel bad moment for this guy in standard will be when you reveal a two mana 3 damage burn spell and they bin it for 2 damage. But you still draw a new card. And have a 3/2 Menace. There is almost no downside to this 'punisher' trigger. The card is good and will be played in standard red decks as a 4 of.

Here's an idea (and what I am betting all of my internet value on), new Eternal. The highly rumored Reserved list-less Legacy. Everyone wins, people can now get less expensive cards (all the cards from this set, etc.) and reserved list remains intact and old cards hold their relative value.

Except for all the Legacy players whose decks are unplayable due to Reserved List lynchpins being stricken from the format.

Or the "collectors" who suddenly find out that, absent strong player demand, a lot of their cards are suddenly not worth squat. No way Revised duals can maintain their prices without the existence of Legacy.

"Collectors" are not worried about revised dual lands. Duals will still hold a relatively high value, and original Alpha and Beta duals will not even lose much value at all. At least not so much as to upset real collectors who you think will be pissed by a new Eternal format.

The real question is how many packs per box.

Seems strange that there is no mention of it in the announcement. It can't be less than 24 but could it be back to 36?!

I've got a case reserved. Gonna sell all my money cards I don't use in EDH (which is a bunch) and go out in style!!

Trick confirmed 24 packs in a tweet, as well as a foil per pack returning.
