I really like the WGColorless deck. I think that it is a mistake not running finks. 2 pridemage and 2 spellskite main seems overkill with twin gone. 4 spike feeder is definitely too many. Maybe 1 skite, 1 qsali, 3 feeder, 2 finks, 1 fiend hunter. Sea gate wreckage just seems like a house but I don't know if its all that much better than horizon canopy. I dunno seems worth testing at least but my gut says its not as strong.
Both versions had 0 copies of Fulm, maybe devoting more SB to other match-ups and just hoping to dodge Tron and Bloom?
Both versions played 4 Voice in the 75.
2 Wall of roots in both decks.
2 MD Skite in both.
0 copies of Leap in either deck.
SB Tasigur for one.
3 Horizon canopy in the mana for one.
7 Ewitt across the two decks.
I would say I combo off on something like 50ish percent of my games but I'd actually have to keep track to be sure. There are a few match-ups where comboing does nothing so I never chord or take combo pieces and just go value beats.
As for match-ups I take out Redcap, almost every single match-up where they have combo disruption, any match-up where they are going to mess with my land base, any match-up where i need to lower my curve, any match-up where I have a bunch of SB cards I want to bring in but still keep the combo intact. Redcap, Ewiit, New Lili(Still a House with 3 MD Voice and 3 MD Seer) are all some of my first cuts against a lot of decks. Those cards are all-stars in grindy match-ups but against aggro or combo they are entirely too slow.

3 Tidehollow Sculler
I end up siding out Redcap almost every game so I'm thinking of replacing him with big Anafenza or a 3rd Hierarch. I also want to play around with dropping the 3rd ewitt and going a 2/2 with her and another new Lili. As for the SB the flex spots depend on which store I'm playing at. I play Weds and Monday at 25-35 person events. There's a lot of Grishoalbrand (Pithing, Rhetoric) in my area and no Tron. One store has 2 Living End and a Dredgevine so I have second Scooze and Big Anafenza. There are 2 Ad nauseam players which Needle stops as well.
For burn I would rather side out Redcap or second Ewitness than drop a Company.
For Grixis control and a couple other match-ups you're taking out Viscera Seers and I think that's wrong in your list which runs 2 Lili. Seer is an all-star for me and I never take him out.
For Bloom I don't like taking out both Paths, they will often keep a hand with just Titan and you can really punish them if they go all in with a good Path. I would take out Redcap before a Path. Infinite bolster is enough to kill them as they have no removal to mess with the combo.
For Grishoalbrand I think you're completely off. Path and Fiendhunter(off a chord) are 2 ways to interact with the deck and almost all of their mana is rituals. I wouldn't bring in any Fulms.
I think you in general are correct but I think you are too quick to side out the combo for the Evo Leap plan, I think you bring in too many Fulms too often, and I think you are too hesitant to side out Redcap. I would also suggest a few cards from the board in the form of an old Anafenza or 2nd Scooze, Eidolon of rhetoric, find room for a second AD. I've also had a lot of success with Tidehollow in my list with new Lili in the place of Thoughtsiezes.
Just my 2¢
