This question actually came up in MTGO chat last night.
If I am playing Polukranos, World Eater and Monstrosity for XX where XX is 0. Does it become monstrous? This could come up with using a trick like Act of Treason and you want to lock your opponent out from using this ability on their turn.
Another question, if you have a monstrous creature and you use something like Bioshift to move all the counters on it to another creature, can you activate monstrous again?
It seems loose in rules as to what actually defines a creature as monstrous.

I have a question regarding how the effects of Chandra, The Firebrand on flashback cards etc. Specifically, I am curious how her second ability "When you cast your next instant or sorcery spell this turn, copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy".
Suppose I use this ability on my turn, then flash back Increasing Confusion. Would this ability copy the doubling effect this card has from the graveyard? In essence, could I tap for x and effectively mill 4*x cards?
