If i ultimate my tezzeret the schemer and at the beginning of combat i target my mirage mirror turning it into a 5/5 creature. what happens when i use mirage mirror's ability to change into something else?
for instance...let's say i use it to copy a 2/2 creature....what is mirage mirrors's actual power and toughness? what happens at the end of the turn? does it go back to being a 5/5 artifact creature?
what if it copies an enchantment or land? is it a 5/5 enchantment/land? or does it forget it was a creature?
if i use mirage mirror to copy a relentless dead ....and it later in the turn dies.....is it still a relentless dead when it hits the graveyard and the recursion abilities still able to be activated? or is it just a mirage mirror when it goes to the graveyard?
so in essence.....can i copy a relentless dead with my mirage mirror and bring back creatures and/or itself in my graveyard when it dies?
Even if you plus him the same turn you play him, you effectively payed 1UU to draw a card and then discard a card. To make matters worse, you probably don't have a blocker for Jace, Cunning Castaway anymore. This is the opposite of synergy.
The minus ability creates a 2/2 with a drawback. Compare how low of impact that ability is to the other three planeswalkers I mentioned.
you realize that you don't have to cast him on turn 3 right?
if my opponent casts an abrade second mode on my mirage mirror....can i in response activate the ability to copy another creature to avoid the abrade mode?
the only hope for EE to have a chance to see standard play is tagging on to creatures with leave the battle field/dies effects...into a creature that has an EBF effect
this way you don't get 3 for 1'd when your creature gets killed/bounced
the pool of qualified creatures to choose from at sorcery speed is very limited in standard right now
man, look at that decline. i sold my collection around the 10th of Oct and it looks like if i hadn't the value would have collapsed. talk about lucky timing.

thanks
if yes or no...is there a specific rule i can reference when this comes up again?
thanks

you could only use it once w/o using her +2...and would make the walker worth its casting cost

Sram's expertise seems like a nice companion card
it's no different in this case
this new jace PW is great....it fits all the hallmarks of a good PW
it's cheap, protects itself, and has an easily achieved ultimate......that gets out of control stupid fast
this card is going to be a nightmare to play against....
if my opponent casts an abrade second mode on my mirage mirror....can i in response activate the ability to copy another creature to avoid the abrade mode?
thanks for your help
the angel is 2/1 due to opponent having chosen the token option
i copy the angel with my mirage mirror
what are the stats of my angel mirror?
conversely ....if the angel is god-pharaoh's gifted ....... what would the stats be if i mirror copied it?
thanks
the opponent has an archangel avacyn that is going to flip my next upkeep
angel dies...as a result of the 3 damage
what happens to the quellers? they have 3 damage on them at 4 toughness...until the angel dies....
do they die or live?
the biggest problem isn't the choice....it's the fact that it's a sorcery
this way you don't get 3 for 1'd when your creature gets killed/bounced
the pool of qualified creatures to choose from at sorcery speed is very limited in standard right now
getting such a big body and nice effect for so cheap is hard to beat
i like the effect of eldritch evolution......it's like a pseudo emerge.....but it being a sorcery makes its current hype unjustified IMO
if it was an instant it'd be the best card in the set
