If it does not go infinite, I think you would need to blink the planeswalkers and not the Chain itself. It seems to be checking whether or not the planeswalkers have activated their abilities and does so during resolution, so blinking the chain would be not change anything.
Oblivion ring, Angel of Serenity, Fiend Hunter, Unsummon, Azorius Charm all say welcome
If there were to be a rampdeck though, a 15/15 for 11 is not what they'd play.
Kessig Wolf Run is good, but without Primeval Titan, you won't get it out constistantly.
Ofcourse, if the currently useless GP promo (Prime titan) gets a reprint, it would very much be viable with ramp. Just not worldspine Wurm.
I think they'll be going for something new next block.
As a norwegian, I hope a norse/scandinavian theme would be great.
Sort of similar to Ice Age also, so it could be related tot that.
I've made quite a large list of cards to order, around 150 cards. I would like to know if there are any programs that let you calculate how much a list of cards would cost at the different suppliers online. With an order as big as this, I don't want to pick a random one, but make sure I get the better deal.
If there are no programs or sites like this, what site would you recommend for big orders? I've used CFB and CardKingdom earlier, both with nothing but positive results. I know CFB has a 5% return on purchases, so that's atleast something.
I don't want more "Relentless" cards. I'd be fine with more cards of that ilk, but what I'd prefer is actually using the basic supertype for all its worth. And for that matter, not simply making flavor behind it "relentless"; you can make "populous", "productive", "legion", "spawn of", etc.
Hmm...
Strength of Mission 2W
Basic Tribal Enchantment - Cleric
When Strength of Mission enters the battlefield, you gain 1 life for each Cleric you control.
-minrar: common
Haunted Portal 2BB
Basic Enchantment
At the beginning of your upkeep, each player loses 1 life.
-minrar: common
Personal Flair 1R
Basic Enchantment - Aura
Enchant land
Whenever enchanted land becomes tapped, draw a card, then discard a card at random.
-minrar: uncommon
Lucky Coin 1
Basic Artifact - Coin t, Sacrifice Lucky Coin: Flip a coin. If you win the flip, prevent all damage a source of your choice would deal the next time it would deal damage this turn.

Totally agree, basic is already acknowledged as something you're allowed more than 4 of.
I do think that "basic" cards should be special and interact with eachother similiar to how relentless rats does.
Maybe run a cycle with relentless rats as a reprint and add the following:
Burning Wound :1mana::symr:
Basic Instant
Burning Wound deals 1 damage to target creature or player and an additional
damage for each copy of Burning Wound in your graveyard
Elf Youth
Basic Creature - Elf
:1mana::symtap::Add to you manapool for each card named Elf Youth you control.
Crusaders Link :2mana::symw:
Basic Enchantment- Aura
Enchanted creature gets +2/+2 for each card named Crusaders Link on the battlefield.
Clashing Tornado
Basic Instant
When you cast Clashing Tornado, counter all spells named Clashing Tornado.
Return X target creatures to their owners hand, where X is the number of spells Clashing Tornado countered plus 1.
The last one got weird, but something that unsummoned 1 for each copy on the stack was the plan. Could alternatively have been "Return √x cards, where x is copies on the stack" but I didn't like that either.
To the contrary though, could naturally restricted cards be printed?
I guess this would be too similar to legendary creatures, so maybe not?
I actually like Executioners Swing. If you hurt us, we will hurt you more.
Cartel Aristocrat]/c] and Signal the Clans are also cool.
Missed 4 rakdos ones
Give it an activated ability for all 5 colors, but colorless cost. This would open for tribal edh of all sorts.

Delver of Secrets
Lingering Souls
Intangible Virtue
For rares, I would reckon these are the best:
Snapcaster
Thalia
Liliana of the Veil
Deathrite Shaman
Good games

Have they updated it, or am I looking at the wrong place?

Smitch
Harvest is decent in packwars
