If there's one thing I found from using similar (and free) apps on my Android, it's that anything that keeps the screen on for so long is murder for battery life. A magiccards.info app would be great, but these life counter apps are just more trouble than they're worth.

not sure if this is advertising but i recommend life counter (or total, can't remember) for the idevices.
