Biggidy bomb. I do like how this card is the epitome of "setting up" the curve for evolve. You need an evolver in play that evolves when this hits, then you need something bigger. Okay. FUN, PEOPLE. Unlike that crappy "name sphinx's revelation" enchantment. ptooie.

Ooh, so nice! It's getting to the point where I'm sort of tempted to try drafting some kind of UBRG monstrosity to take advantage of the Simic and Rakdos +1/+1 counter support that we keep getting.
Surprisingly decent, as far as evolve creatures can be! Good in a dedicated deck, for sure, with cheap evolvers and everything.
It'll be progressively more difficult to evolve this, so this, to me, isn't great but simply surprisingly decent. That, I guess, for the entire mechanic, though.
Mono green aggro got more viable. This, experiment 1, strangle root, young wolf, gyre sage, that 2 green 3 drop in m14...seems legit.
Problem with that is M14 and Innistrad goodies wont be in the format together. I think BUG aggro sounds pretty strong though. I think any creature dependent deck in the format will need Boros Charm or Golgari charm to get around Supreme Verdict so BUG it is.
The effect could prove so discombobulating to combo players, in particularly, they may fizzle and run away screaming. "From that day the Curse of the Plateau was upon me, and I found every hand I ever pull from a combo deck is a mulligan."

Very solid for limited.
Could even work in some fringe Standard decks?
It's very aggressively costed. 3/2 for 3 (really a 4/3 by the time it attacks) that will grow all your creatures? It might make for an awkward curve, but it probably has potential.

Acyually i think there is a ywo month period where m14, innastrad and m13 will all be legal in standered. But i would not quote me on that lol.

Oooh...I like. I am going to have a lot of fun coming up with combos for this. Simic's mechanic does far and away the best job of syncing with its previous one from Ravnica Block.
I'm just hoping Simic gets a couple more decent creature-removal spells in DGM, because my friends are going to be sideboarding in their Kulrath Knights at every possible opportunity.

Yes the curve is rather awkward since it is sorta pushing you forward but not really. Prior to 3 mana you should have evolved something (Cloudfin Raptor, Experiment One, Gyre Sage) when you drop this guy down. Only problem is that it seems to just do that well and doesn't move your forces up. It doesn't really promote creatures past the Mutant.
...and straight you go into my Ooze Flux deck. I'm a lucky man: every single deck of mine (Skullbriar EDH, Ooze Flux Combo, Assault Loam, Standard Eggs) has gotten a real treat this spoiler season.
