Well, this is one of the uglier-looking Simic mages we've seen so far. Most of their stuff in this set is so much more elegant and aesthetically pleasing.
Art is about all I can comment on until we get a translation.
I can't believe anyone is excited about this card. It is absolutely unplayable. I wouldn't even play her in LIMITED. Easily the worst walker printed since the green elf one. Absolutely terrible.
so i was reading about this on another site and i saw a translation of:
At the beginning of each end step, if you control 4 or more creatures named ~cardname~ , you win the game.
don't quote me for it though.

My bad katakana reading skills at least tells me that the creature is a Wizard (w(a)i-zaa-do) and contains the words step (su-te-ppi), creature (see the card type line), control (ko-n-to-roo-ru), and game (gee-mu), and also contains the number 4. I have a hunch it involves upkeeps, since the kanji equivalent of the Chinese word "kai" (meaning open) is near the beginning of its rules text and describes the "step" (the hiragana character "no", which looks like a swirl, signifies that).
Shoot, I think everyone got Google Translate to do it faster than me. Oh well.

Going off the tentative translation, much like Battle of Witsearlier this last year, I'm fully expecting to get one of these in every Sealed pool I enter for GTC. Cool idea and all, but it's so impractical as to be painful.

Rough translation:
Biovisionary 1GU
Creature - Human Wizard (R)
At the beginning of each end step, if you control four or more creatures named ~, you win the game.
2/3
"Biovisionary" is the name of the image file, so possibly the English name of the card.
English version is now up on the visual spoiler.

R Citizen Cane (Feldon of the Third Path)
At the beginning of the end step, if you control 4 or more creatures called Biovisionary, you win the game.

As in, if you control four or more creatures named Biovisionary?

I also recognize a few things that aren't very useful like anata which means 'you'.
Yes, I edited my post to make it clearer.

Fedup with his fellow researchers' useless and longwinded speeches, he decided to create a new network of scholars that he could converse with.
Oh, that makes sense....and now I look like a complete idiot lol.

It'll lose 99/100 match ups, but the one it wins will be amazing.
