Lapse of Certainty is amazing... though I thought for sure Inkwell Leviathan would be a giant squid. "inkwell"? Still... can't wait to Transmute him into play.

Good. I was lurking at the normal Gatherer, I have not tried the Beta one.
So now, waiting for a visual spoiler.
Some observations:
The art of Sarkhan Vol screaming fire ended up on Dark Temper.
Elder Mastery has an expected flavortext referring to Bolas.
Canyon Minotaur is from Naya.
Inkwell Leviathan's art sucks.
We got the Outlanders' colors correct. They are always displaced one shard "on the right" - Bantian on Esper, Esperite on Grixis...etc.
Obelisk of Alara looks far worse than his promo version. Malfegor has it opposite way.
Worldly Counsel got an awesome new art, Unsummon an acceptable one, Mana Cylix is brutally hippie-Lorwyn-ish.
The Rhox arts...after perfect Rhox Charger and the War Monk, Mirror Sigil Sergeant continues the tradition. But the Meditant and especially the Bodyguard...ewwww
The new art for Unsummon is well done! Overall, the art for this set is amazing.

I actually think that the art for this card is insane. Would you like to get eaten by a dolphin-whale 30 times the size of a watchtower? I think it looks just like it should, but I wouldn't say that I wasn't expecting it to be a squid of some sort.

Thanks to spiderboy4 for the great avatar and sig from High Light Studios!

Jeez, I thought that was a person until you pointed out its watchtower-ness. I really like that art, hopefully a mono-blue Artifact aggro deck will become powerful.
And sadly, black really did get shafted a (rare?) card in this set. I did the counts and red really got one more rare while black got one less. I like the art and flavor text of Voices from the Void, too.
It really is a beautiful set. I pre-ordered a set of Font of Mythos and that this looks amazing. And QFT about the Outlander cycle. The Zombie Outlander is gorgeous and probably how Stalker Hag should have been.
The Rhox arts...after perfect Rhox Charger and the War Monk, Mirror Sigil Sergeant continues the tradition. But the Meditant and especially the Bodyguard...ewwww
Hey! I like that art, it makes me laugh... Meditant by the way is a great card. If you are playing white and green, I'd say make sure you stuff as many of them into your deck as possible.
I find the general idea behind Conflux dull and entirely to be expected, but I will say? The art isn't bad, and I enjoyed the flavor text on many of those... like Magister Sphinx.
Pretty nice visuals all around. They've REALLY upped their standards with art and Flavor Text, and such...
When did this appear? Today? Will they do this awesomeness for the expansions to come? Knowing exactly how all cards look like before the Prerelease is priceless tech!
When I saw Rotting Rats get spoiled, I imagined it was a Zombie for some reason and I was glad. Then I read it again and realized it wasn't a Zombie. Now that we have the actual art I see it is in fact a Zombie, so update your spoilers!!! l love the art on it. This set looks good.
EDIT: UPDATE: Conflux is on regular Gatherer now, too.
Heh! I was gonna say the same thing but I abstained in order to avoid looking like a perv (I bet I'm not the only one). Now if only she had nipples... (so long, +13 rating.:D Well, let's admit it, WotC LOVES nipple-less Sphinx breasts, doesn't it?)

Scornful ?ether-Lich looks awesome.
Best flavor-text: Tukatongue Thallid.

What will the doubters say this time?
For future reference, just because you hate something and think it's just wrong...that is not evidence that it's false.
FYI: I hate the art too...
As much as I believe the rumor people around here, mentally, I couldn't accept Thornling until I actually saw one. Unfortunate.
However, there was the 1994 copyright date to give people hope, which is what I believe really kept it alive despite confirmation otherwise.
The full visual spoiler for those of us who are lazy.

Hellspark Elemental's art is wierd, and I think one of my favorite artworks from this set is Worldly Counsel.
And major Ouch on Filligree Fracture's art, now you can imagine how Sharuum would look like without all those "shiny things".
And what made the Outlander cycle lame to the gameplay peeps eyes ends up being a nice cycle art-wise.
Gawd, this set's art is just.... jaw dropping. IMO, Jeremy Jarvis is a Gawdsend for Magic's current art quality.

I like 4/4s for 7.
If so, have they been spoiled?
No- only the first set in each block has them, to avoid taking up space and to avoid redundancy.
EDIT: UPDATE: Conflux is on regular Gatherer now, too.
I see that you are right. I guess the lorwyn/shadowmoor block lands werewhat threw me, but then, that was two large blocks.
On topic, Inkwell is awesome. I want one just for the art, to stick next to the old leviathan. I love cards that pay homage.
