Usually, I start with a Forest, then put Llanowar elf down, then on second turn I put a mountain down with Fires of Yavimaya. Fourth turn, I lay another mana down, and play Flametongue if the opponent has a little critter or just play Blastoderm with haste and deal 5 damage. Next turn, I lay another mana down and play Sapproling Burst, make 3 4/4's or 4 3/3's, then attack with everything along with Blastoderm, and that would be game over.
This was a good deck in standard a while back, but it' doesn't really have the chops to cut it in competitve vintage, in a best case scenario you are killing them on turn 5 and you are not slowing or disrupting them in any way. In addition you are vulnerable to disruption yourself.
If you are looking for a more competitive Red Green build you might use this as a starting point.
Good luck - sorry I didn't have any specific cards to help you but I feel that you are either in the wrong forum or you are wasting your time trying to make your deck competitive. If you are in a less powered environment then maybe there are some things you can do, but this is for competitive builds and many assume you will be running up against the better decks out there.
This is way way way too slow to race any competitive decks, so you would need to disrupt them pretty heavily to have any chance. Stuff like Null Rod, Chalice of the Void, Magus of the Moon, etc. Otherwise they're just going to goldfish and will win the race.
However, if you want a deck to play in competitive vintage check out Beralt's link. The deck is built to take on high tier decks by attacking its fast artifact mana, and other artifacts like Time Vault, but with the Tinker target of choice being Sphinx of the Steel Wind R/G beats is almost unplayable.
I have had this deck for many years, and I want to go for some changes...
Can anyone think of any better cards to swap with the cards in my deck?
4 Fires of Yavimaya
4 Flametongue Kavu
4 Wild Mongrel
4 Blastoderm
4 Llanowar Elf
4 Shivan Oasis
4 Overrun
4 Sapproling Burst
1 Ghitu Fire
1 Disintegrate
1 Thicket Elemental
1 Shivan Wurm
1 Argothian Wurm
1 Natural Emergence
And Rest are Forests and Mountains.

Any inputs will be appreciated.
