So i have a basic idea of what to name/grab from reading a little bit, and what hate i need to fight through, let me know how im doing and what changes i should make. For a list, im going to be running the stock BoM champ list with no DR. This is my second vintage event, first with dredge.
In order of : what i would name, if its not there, what to grab on the play.
Like Verko said, you cannot grab Wasteland, but the list looks pretty good off a blind Cabal Therapy but with Unmask, you will have access to the information in their hand. You will better be able to see what they need and how to best strip them of threats. What I do is watch other decks play and take note for game one what they need to win. That lets me know what enablers i need to target. Game 2 and 3 requires you to know what hate those decks typically have access to and how to play around it. Do you target their wincons and enablers? Will their hate be too much to handle? Have fun.
I don't remember where I heard this, possibly from Richard Feldman but I'm not sure.
Here's how to cast Cabal Therapy. Picture the card you fear in your head. Now, as Cabal Therapy is resolving, say the name of that card out loud. Yes, even if he's only drawn 1 card since you saw his hand. If he doesn't have it, you're good to go. If he has it, you get to strip it out of his hand UNLESS you try to "get value" by naming something else.
Of course, if you have multiple Cabal Therapy that goes out the window and the first one should name Force of Will against blue decks, Lodestone Golem against Shops (usually), Dark Ritual against Storm, and Mental Misstep or some relevant card against everyone else. The idea is that your first Therapy protects the second or goes for the best value play, setting up the 2nd optimally.

You generally want to name cards that can be or know are high in number in their deck in terms of blind therapy in vintage. Against storm it's dark ritual. Oath is oath. Grafdigger's cage postboard is a fine name against decks that can have it to bring in. Naming force of will is fine because people usually play 4. Mental misstep is another one especially considering a crafty player could reasonably not misstep your first therapy thinking you won't hit anything with it and have misstep for the 2nd therapy.
Against shops naming lodestone golem is fine as it's a beating in terms of casting more cards out of dredge sure all dredge lists run mana producing lands now but it's still a pain and their best card versus you that has a 'low' CMC. Can make a case for sphere of resistance or thorn of amethyst. Chalice of the void is meaningless against you thankfully at least game 1 as chalice on 1 + cage in play or something shuts of nature's claim to answer their hate but not ingot chewer.
