Interesting question - took a look at 3 top 8's in April so far and no sign of it.

My instinct is that it's not going to see play yet, but maybe someday it will be interesting, it has no evasion so it just gets chumped by a Deliver/Elemental Token/Bob/Welder/Robot of choice/etc. Seems that Marit Lage might be more viable in Vintage and that not even seeing play.
Edit (from here down added 4/13): Just looking and saw a 3rd Place Bomberman deck running 2 Myth's - mind you it was an 8 man round robin
I don't like finishers that die to Mental Misstep. Not saying it's unplayable, I just couldn't bring myself to play it for that reason.
I haven't spent a whole lot of time with the card but my gut feeling is that if you're playing a relatively normal Vintage deck and your opponent spends a Misstep on a Myth Realized you should probably be really happy about the way the game is going.

While Misstep does have higher value targets (A-call, Sol Ring, Fastbond), a lot of the problem here is that a hand with a fragile finisher changes in value a lot if the opponent can answer that one card.
Take a hand like Myth Realized, Scalding Tarn, Mox Ruby, Tundra, Brainstorm, Time Walk, Force of Will.
It's a good hand, maybe even great, but one Misstep and it's suddenly quite bad. This means you do not know where you stand and what spells are important when deciding your early plays.
Replace the MR with some other threat - Mentor, Pyromancer, Library of Alexandria, JtMS - and in any of those cases you know where you stand with this hand.
This Misstep effect is the same reason that Sol Ring and Fastbond are so much weaker now than they used to be. (This is in no way suggesting that they would be safe to unrestrict).
Of course you know what spells are unimportant. The Time Walk is likely just FoW fuel and the Myth Realized is bait for a counter. MR is a different threat than Mentor or Pyromancer and you have to accept the increased vulnerability to Misstep because you can play around other types of removal by simply not activating it when you're vulnerable, or just ignoring them. I can't be the only one who's had my Pyromancer tokens gobbled up by Electrickery?
I think the issue is you're thinking of MR as a primary game plan whereas I view MR as a secondary or tertiary threat, it should never be a Vintage deck's primary win condition because it isn't that good and why aren't you just playing a simpler combo? At least one that doesn't require white mana/attacking?
In sum, think of it as a white Duress with way more upside.

Except Delver-derived decks already have a 1 mana threat that baits countermagic in the same way. It's, um, Delver. Sure, you're now playing white for Mentor but you're still playing blue for like half your deck, and you probably want to err on the side of more blue spells where possible to help turn on Force of Will. You're talking a lot about what Myth Realised does that Mentor and Pyromancer don't, but I can't see anything important that it does that Delver doesn't. If you're in the market for that sort of thing, why not stick with Delver?

I think it's comparable a lot of the time, but keep in mind that it can also easily end up being a bigger creature. While the lack of flying hurts it significantly, it's not necessarily enough of a difference to make Delver significantly better.

I would argue that the possibility of Myth Realised being bigger than Delver is not enough of a difference to make it significantly better. Delver has another advantage too, which I mentioned, that you can pitch it to Force of Will. The situations in which Myth Realised is going to be better than Delver (you play it turn 1 and your opponent doesn't answer it immediately) are not going to happen enough that I'd be willing to run it over Delver, and there are some Mentor builds that don't even want Delver any more so I can't see how they would prefer Myth Realised either.
What about a list that runs BOTH Delver and Myth Realized?
Might be more viable in Legacy than Vintage but I think there's potential there. One mana threats are a big deal, and it's hard to run more than 4 without going into Green.

Well like I said, there are a lot of Mentor decks that are putting aside Delver. I don't believe that these decks are really wanting for more 1-drop threats. There's an increasingly popular opinion that Delver is at best a situational card and with that in mind Myth Realised, being even more situational, wouldn't seem ever to make the cut.
