I won't spoil who won, but the competition was between two masters of the game: LSV and Steve Menendian. Also, it was best 3 out of 5 MATCHES, so there was ample opportunity for lots of good, high-level back and forth play. If you like Vintage videos, it's definitely worth checking out some of the other videos from the League as well.
What I liked about this league was how much insught the non-vintage player can gain into a format for which most of the magic community has very little familiarity with. It was also awesome to see some of the decision trees that wend into making certain plays. All in all, it was awesome to see the format displayed and covered.
Best moment: Randy Buhler's reaction week 1 to steve M. playing doomsday.
Worst moment: Steve M. taking 10 mins to resolve said Doomsday.
