Braids conjurer adept is a creature that lets you put a creature, artifact or land from your hand onto the battlefield. Ninjitsu lets you exchange a ninja in your hand for a ninja in play.
You can use artifact cards. they aren't blue. they are colorless, but you can easily use them if you are playing blue. quicksilver amulet, aether vial, dragon arch, gate to the aether, omen machine, summoners egg, soul foundry, and some others that i didn't meantion. you could use lands with hideaway.
Firstly, be sure that if you are going to go to the effort of cheating a creature out in Vintage, that the creature wins you the game. Emrakul, Griselbrand and Iona are good examples of creatures to cheat out, and Phyrexian Dreadnought can be worth cheating the ETB effect of. Worldspine Wurm, on the other hand, is not - it will get hit with a Swords to Plowshares and you will lose the next turn.
High quality:
Dream Halls
Omniscience
Show and Tell
Medium quality (these require a lot more setup, but are all at least worth thinking about):
Volrath's Shapeshifter
Unstable Shapeshifter
Body Double
Stifle*
Flash*
Then there's the chaff - stuff that costs 6+ mana, or is horrendously hard to set up. There's lots of cards like that, Counterlash and Quicksilver Amulet being the least bad.
* - Stifle doesn't cheat a creature out, but it lets you cheat the drawbacks of inherently undercosted creatures (Phyrexian Dreadnought), although the printing of Abrupt Decay largely kills that deck. Flash also doesn't get you the whole creature, just its 'when X dies' and 'when X enters/leaves the battlefield' triggers. This can be better than getting the creature if you are sneaking an Academy Rector or Protean Hulk out.
Stifle has the added advantage of being the third best land destruction card in Vintage (behind Strip Mine and Wasteland).
Any others?
Thanks!

(Yes, I know you can only get artifact creatures, but it's not hard to find plenty that effectively win the game on the spot.)
