Charge is way too low impact to be a worthwhile main-deck card Dark Bargain is somewhere in the Bitter Revelation tier of black draw that you don't really want
Thumbs up for bat based meme Llanowar Scout is considerably worse than the 1/1s for 1 with the same text box that nobody plays Dauntless Bodyguard is obviously amazing Precognition Field (agree that it's likely a rare) is going to underperform compared to Concentrate like 80% of the time
edit: misread that Precog Field can also clear bad lands from the top of your deck late, so it's considerably better than I thought but also slow as ballllllllllllls
Oh, by the way: besides Skizzik, I would also wager on the Verdant Force being downshifted. Personally, I would not play it but does anyone think the iconic elemental has a place in CU/be?
I am pretty sure those are just their best guesses as well. If they were at all motivated by the leaked material, MTGS would also include the information.
I cannot be bothered to check who it was but one of the regulars of the sub-forum already went to shoot down that claim in a discussion on the new card sub-forum. I agree with them: the card is kinds cool for providing a bit more token support for black but that is about it. For example, I am not sure if I would play a 1/1 for B with flash and the -1/-1 ability; 1/1's are just that bad. However, since the creature could be recycled, I would be a bit more interested. As is, I would just prefer something like Darkblast or Tragic Slip which have considerably higher upsides even if they do not specifically provide bodies.
Cards like that need to draw a card or accelerate you. 3 life is not worth a card, and the fixing could be irrelevant if you just have one of both your lands
EDIT: Also, Shanna, Sisay's Legacy was confirmed to be an uncommon. What do we think of this? I'm not sure if it'd make the cut, although being a Warrior is nice. However, Wayfaring Temple exists and no-one plays that. Being 2 mana is a big upgrade, though, essentially making her an on-curve play instead of lagging behind. Being immune to opposing tap-effects or etb triggers is pretty good, too.
EDIT:
Also spoiled: Keldon Overseer: this one I will definitely find a place for. It might be a bit overcosted, but it does make a mean Zealous Conscripts impression. The Flame of Keld: I like this card, and most burn decks in my cube tend to be pretty combo-oriented. It does take a while to set up, but I do think it'll make lines of play available that're worthy of sagas. (get it?)
Fall into Oblivion is easily the strongest black removal spell now, which is pretty absurd. The hard question is where's your cutoff and how much variety do you want.
I like Shanna, Sisay's Legacy a medium amount, mostly due to how crappy the other Selesnya cards are.
Saproling Migration is the best of the common 'kicker' cycle by a mile. A couple years ago it would have been completely skippable, but the number of staple/bomb "go wide" green cards in recent years has completely changed that -- Gaea's Anthem, Ridgescale Tusker, Curse of Predation, Great Oak Guardian are all staples and high picks, and all play very nicely with a green Servo Exhibition with very relevant kicker upside.
Unfortunately, it looks like the Steel Leaf Champion cycle is going to be rare. Bummer.
We got some other goodies today though: Fall into Oblivion is the Doom Blade variant this format has been waiting for. Easy Staple.
Keldon Overseer is a shocking effect to see at common, as I was already windmill slamming it into my peasant cube at uncommon. These kinds of cards can steal games out of nowhere, and a better Reckless Brute is a pretty reasonable floor.
Saproling Migration seems like an all-around great card. 2 1/1s for 2 mana is a historically playable rate, and considering people have played Goblin Rally in the past, the kicker mode seems super relevant. Green 2s are crowded, so I don’t know if this makes the final cut, but in cubes where tokens are a major archetype I think you need to give this a hard look.
The Flame of Keld is a weird effect for uncommon, but the power level certainly seeems there. I’m curious as to how this compares to Dynacharge and similar effects. The effect is less immediate and more demanding, but the mana savings, draw power, and extra damage output are real.
Vicious Offering seems mostly outclassed, but I’ve always wanted an instant speed Bone Splinters effect, and having a -2/-2 floor goes a long way towards playability.

Crazy thing is Go for the Throat is really not that far behind. In your list it only has 12 targets, and a number of them are things like Pilgrim's Eye and Filigree Familiar which you really aren't looking to doom blade anyways. I think they're pretty close, or at least are very likely to be by the end of this set/block.

Charge (is this really a card that's never been made?)
Dark Bargain (spicy instant)
Healing Grace (Counters Bloodhunter Bat)
Llanowar Scout (sick)
Interested but probably rare:
Dauntless Bodyguard (seems a bit too good)
Precognition Field (It's not Future Sight but it's still pretty wild)
Draft it on Cubetutor here, and CubeCobra here.
Treasure Cruise did nothing wrong.

Also, on the topic of the non-rare legendaries, here are some of my guesses (creatures only):
Baird, Steward of Argive (worse body than Archangel of Tithes and Ghostly Prison is uncommon)
Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle (borderline; repeated recursion is strong but the body is pretty bad and Tethmos High Priest and Devoted Crop-Mate exist)
Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive (probably not but one can dream; Break Through the Line and Writ of Passage exist)
Kazarov, Sengir Pureblood (overcosted and Nightfire Giant exists)
Urgoros, the Empty One (fragile and basically a mix between a specter and an ophidian; both effects available at uncommon)
Adeliz, the Cinder Wind (pretty obviously but also not good enough)
Hallar, the Firefletcher (reliant on set mechanics for relatively minor effect; limited support and thus likely non-rare)
Rona, Disciple of Gix (reminds me of Bane Alley Broker and (worse) Azure Mage (and a bit of Sanctum Gargoyle); pretty useless but almost certainly non-rare)
Shanna, Sisay's Legacy (borderline but since they did not go with actual hexproof, semi-likely)
Slimefoot, the Stowaway (slight upgrade on Jade Mage but gold; could be non-rare)
Tiana, Ship's Caretaker (bit of a stretch but I hope so: the EOT trigger prevents abuse and the body is just a Plover Knights)
Then again, after cards like Daring Saboteur, you seriously cannot make any reliable predictions.
Urgoros, the Empty One, Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive, Adeliz, the Cinder Wind, Hallar, the Firefletcher, Slimefoot, the Stowaway and Tiana, Ship's Caretaker of the ones you listed are uncommon. The rest are rare.
Dauntless Bodyguard is also uncommon. Idk if the rarities are correct thouhg.
I haven't looked at these yet... I think I may wait until we get some accurate rarity confirmations.

What do we think? Does this replace or accompany Go for the Throat and Ultimate Price?

Keldon Overseer is bad. Underwhelming T3 play, too hard to kick in a deck that reliably wants its "base" mode. Worse than fringe-ish stuff like Brazen Scourge, Fervent Cathar, Goblin Ruinblaster... to say nothing of staple cards like Goblin Heelcutter or Ahn-Crop Crasher.
Saproling Migration is the best of the common 'kicker' cycle by a mile. Shanna, Sisay’s Legacy dodges a surprising amount of effects, from Nekrataal to Man O’ War to Oblivion Ring. It also supports a lot of what GW is into in this format, so I’ll definitely be giving it a test run.
