the slitherblade joke is that a lot of people called it unplayable, then one of the pro testing teams had it as a cornerstone of their draft strategy and they all did very well
Edifice of Authority: I was briefly excited for this as an Icy variant, but not stopping blocks right away is such huge downside in midrange vs midrange games that I've completely lost any interest in the card.
Oketra's Monument: this got a very positive shout-out a little earlier in this thread, but it still seems wholly unplayable to me. You need a lot of things to align for this to put up the same board presence as Hordeling Outburst... and even if it spits out three tokens, they're certainly not attacking on T4 like you'd be able to do with actual Outburst. Maybe the mana cost reduction is extra upside that I'm significantly underrating, but I really doubt it.
Rhonas's Monument: if you're casting infinite creature spells, this is better than Vulshok Morningstar. That's a huge "if", though, and Morningstar isn't exactly a super impressive card to begin with. If you treat this as a green card (as you should [?]), it's about as easy to ignore/dismiss as that copy of Forbidden Lore that you're not currently playing.
Watchers of the Dead: only if you want graveyard hate that doesn't actually stop anything from happening in the graveyard.
Aven Wind Guide: most (though not all) of the white tokens and all (basically) of the blue token makers in Cube already have flying. This is a fine card, but nowhere near the Migratory Route/Reflector Mage tier of things you actually want to play.
Enigma Drake: a mere 1/4 flyer is solidly worth two mana, so you're not paying too much of a tax for the opportunitly for this to reach Craw Wurm levels of power after you do a bunch of spells-y things. I think Gelectrode is more exciting payoff for doing that, and Izzet certainly has its own SPELLS (Jilt, etc) as opposed to payoff cards, but the Drake is an easy contender.
Honored Crop-Captain: it's fine. Your other Boros cards suck, though, so it's probably a staple. I just can't get too excited when I've been cubing Goblin Wardriver for like three years to fairly mediocre results.
Khenra Charioteer: decent beat-stick. Jungle Lion decks like that your instant-speed removal turns into extra damage to the face via trample, slower decks like that their Nessian Asp type dudes can't be chump blocked. It's just not particularly amazing in either type of Gruul deck.

Yeah, I mean, an unblockable 1-drop that can be Bonesplitter'd and doesn't die to random pings (Smoldering Werewolf) doesn't sound so bad in a Blue Aggro type of deck.
I don't believe its great, but it's certainly not unplayable.
I'll have to see how it performs on my Cube. Although U-decks tend to skew more onto the controlling type.
In case someone was wondering, here's the Slither Blade list that 3-0'd in the ProTour.
to be fair the guy drafting the slither blade deck got passed SIX of them, all he had to do was collect pants and turn them sideways.
I guess that's what happens when everyone else identifies the card as garbage. And it's a common. You can get a lot of them, and power levels get weird when you ask, "what happens if I get six of them?"
Seems better in a format where you can get more than one of them, but blue aggro is supportable.
so I am drinking heavily and watching Standard from Cinzinatti. Orketra's MonumentOrchestral MomentOrcs momentum is impressive. EDIT: Oketra's Monument.
I added the monument after seeing the effect it is having in standard and I had also heard at least some praise for it in limited as well. I have yet to test it in practice, though.
I have seen the monument in play today, I drafted a Selesnya deck with it. Was pretty solid. Turn 3 Monument, turn 4 Elite Scaleguard, followed by turn 5 two dudes and turn 6 Overrun was pretty good. I think the thing is worth it, especially because the tokens have vigilance. Also makes for fun combos with Kor Skyfisher and Stonecloaker for those that still play him. Also combos well with Bramblewood Paragon and Mardu Woe-Reaper.
It gives the W/x aggro decks a means to stabilize against board wipes. I've been wrathed by a Firespout, just to cast two creatures the following turn to net 4 bodies.
And like Bill said, the LOLZ with Skyfisher is real. W for a 1/1 vigilance is super sweet, and has actually been done once already in my cube.
Solid card.
I'm playing the Green and Black ones too, but not nearly to the success as the white one.
I've not had a chance to play with Oketra's Monument but have been considering cutting Shrine of Loyal Legions for power reasons. Maybe Monument is the "fixed shrine" I've been looking for?
Basically just a speed bump/curve filler... but that's not a bad thing. It's a 2-drop in blue that can trade with a 3/2 attacker. Sadly not many other playable cards can do that... Skyship Plunderer and Azure Mage and the Death-Parrot, but what else?
It's also OK in blue aggro. Nice that it can actually hold equipment.
holds off any lions or grizzlys no problem and can come back for an almost reasonable embalm cost. its basically the biggest body blue can get out of 2 mana so it works surprisingly well in any theater, even in aggro as a filler 2 drop.

Cradle of the Accursed: not exactly bad, but definitely not worth a sleeve.

Draft my Peasant Cube.
Since I run a 180 cube, cuts are harder to make, and each card needs to make an impact. Ive also nerfed some of my removal.
Ive added in:
Cast out - great all round removal with flash, which has been cycled early by some players.
Vizier of Deferment - has a great impact, as plenty of creatures have ETB abilities, can be used to save a creature/sometimes a surprise chump blocker
Bloodlust Inciter - Enables some busted aggro starts for red. Can be great to give haste to some fatties.
Bloodrage Brawler - an upgrade in power for red 2 drops, and the discard effect has not been a hindrance.
Ahn-crop crahser - This set has been good for red, and this card helps push in the last few damage for aggro cards
