Hey everyone,

I was wondering what combos, or mini-combos can be ran in Peasant Cubes. I know of Spitemare and Fire covenant, and the other is Midnight Guard and Presence of Gond

The one I run in my cube is Temur Sabertooth, which mini combos well with Shriekmaw and Briarhorn.

Thopter Foundry and Sword of the Meek with any sac outlet.
Devoted Druid and Spikequill make an infinitely large creature.
Umbral Mantle and any creature that taps for 3 mana makes an infinitely large creature.
Midnight Guard also combos with Banishing Knack et al. with any 0 costing creature for infinite etb triggers.
Peregrine Drake, Archaeomancer et al., and Ghostly Flicker gives you infinite mana.
Animate Dead et al. and Leonin Relic-Warder give you infinite etb triggers.
Krosan Restorer and Freed from the Real et al. give you infinite mana with Threshold.
Duskmantle Guildmage and Mindcrank combo when your opponent takes damage or a card goes to their graveyard.

Most of these cards aren't one-of effects. Many can be swapped out with almost identical cards. For all the combos and more check out the infinite combo database here:

oooh yes I have the ghostly flicker combo in my cube with archaeomancer, eternal witness and possesed skaab.

Just as a reminder, you can now add more consistency to it using Illusionist's Stratagem (even if the loop cannot be infinite with all the drawing - but it will get you something to do with the mana if you are using Peregrine Drake).

Lashknife Barrier and Pestilence is a build your own one-sided wrath.

I've actually had Lashknife Barrier and Crypt Rats in play before.... It's disgusting.

Nice ones, but keep in mind that Grafted Wargear can hardly be equipped around infinitely unless you already have infinite tokens. Shuko, on the other hand, works.

I know everything comboes with Persist but I just realised, how Durable Handicraft is a very easy one that hinges on playable in any case. With Ashnod's Altar, you also go infinite, both in terms of recursion and mana.

Wouldn't you know. Re-equipping to the same creature is such a corner-case scenario that it escaped me and I forgot that Grafted Wargear's trigger is specifically being unattached. It almost makes you consider adding Crackdown Construct since the allure of an infinitely big creature in Peasant Cube is real.

Woah these are great! Durable Handicraft goes in with +1/+1 counters as well!

I used durable handicraft then they printed the Ridgescale tusker and I replaced it.

Durable handicraft + ashnod's altar + Kitchen finks/murderous redcap/any persist creature is a combo though. (Was that what you were refering to?)
