Well, here goes. Some of these are a bit iffy and if you asked me in a weeks time I'm sure they'd be in a different order. I included some cards I haven't played because I think they are likely just better than something else I have experience with, with a few a bit lower if I wasn't too sure (I suspect Psionic Blast would probably be higher if I had some experience). I don't play some of the removal as I've downgraded my removal suite, but I didn't mark these as 'overpowered'.
You've listed functional reprints as separate entries. Llanowar Elves, Elvish Mystic, etc are counted as 1 card for the rankings.
He explained that in the paragraph above his list. He decided to listed all the functional reprints below each other, but with the same number. The Llanowar Elves variants for example are all listed as place #14. Maybe a bit confusing and imo unnecessary (since they're functional reprints and we all know what those cards do anyway).
