Jamming a game last night, and had an interesting game between UR Control and a tight Brg Aggro deck.
Control player was stabilising with a Propaganda, Mulldrifter and Control Magic'd Nekrataal on board. Aggro player had a bunch of lands and a lone Blood Artist - not looking so good. Various critters had eaten Firebolts etc etc.
I think the sickest play/series of plays I've seen with my cube was someone resolving Pelakka Wurm, having it get killed, then casting Artisan of Kozilek to bring Pelakka Wurm back, and then proceeding to lose the game anyway.
In my last draft, my 8/8 got blocked by Illusory Ambusher. Then they reanimated the Ambusher and I decided that the best path to victory was to use Epic Confrontation to make my opponent draw 9 more and go to 7 cards in their library since I also had an Opportunity in hand. Not surprisingly, if you let someone draw 17 cards, they find a way to win.
I mentioned this play in another topic already but once a player was desperately searching for an answer for some threat and played Shardless Agent, revealed a Remand and countered his own agent. After drawing a card he replayed the Agent to cascade again. Didn't find his answer though.
My favorite play was casting Bituminous Blast in response to a spell pre-combat, killing their creature, cascading into Forbid, buying back Forbid and essentially locking my opponent out of relevant plays for the rest of the game.
I did mention this in the general Peasant thread but yeah, once an opponent played Sea Drake only to have it Flickerwisped, and then Oblicion Ringed, only for Stonecloaker to bounce Flickerwisp and it flickering the Oblivion Ring. Thus, Sea Drake's drawback was triggered 3 separate times, leaving the opponent on an empty field with no lands for multiple turns.
I think the sickest play/series of plays I've seen with my cube was someone resolving Pelakka Wurm, having it get killed, then casting Artisan of Kozilek to bring Pelakka Wurm back, and then proceeding to lose the game anyway.
The worst part of this game is that I had the option to Æther Mutation the Artisan after it got Arrested, getting nine Saprolings and being able to replay it (probably getting Pelakka Wurm down for the third time). I just didn't see it at the time.
Speaking of cascade shenanigans, I was on the wrong end of Bloodbraid Elf into Epochrasite last time we drafted. That was more good luck than a sick play though, so I'd have to say the best intentional play was getting locked out of the game via Isochron Scepter + Momentary Blink + Chittering Rats.
I guess it's not really that sick of a play, but the moment that got all my drafters to scream "OOOOOOOH!" was in one of the longest Cube games... both players were sitting at over 10 land. Worldknit player sitting at like, 15 life but no board against Naya stuff with a truly overwhelming board, 20+ points of damage, easily. He'd gotten by with Fog Bank-esque creatures and Sleep so far, but he pretty obviously only had one turn left. Untaps, topdecks Pestilence and plays it and pings for like 10 for lethal. With a board of entirely Forests. Not really something anyone saw coming.
We just had a UW Control deck with Arena & Darksteel Sentinel which was pretty gross. It was originally included to give green midrange some colourless removal, but, uh.
Two of my players needed some tokens, so they asked for some basic lands to just use face down. I was skeptical that they would be able to keep them separate from their decks after the game. They said that of course they would and how could I believe otherwise. Despite their protests I had them use face down cards from a poker deck.
When shuffling up for game two, one player drew a card he could not remember being in his deck. Turns out they had swapped decks. But the card should not be in his opponents deck either. Turns out it was from the sideboard. They both had huge decks, so apparently they had both made the same error. Not quite. The player right next to me had not shuffled his own sideboard into his deck; he had shuffled my sideboard into his deck.
Using basics as tokens would have been super easy for such organized people. Where could they have gone wrong?
I just remembered a fun one from our last session. My opponent's Azorius Guildmage was being a nuisance tapping my guys, so I went to shoot it with my Serrated Arrows. He just says, "I counter it."
I thought he was joking at first, I legit completely forgot that it had that ability. And the worst part was, it still cost me the arrow counter.
My opponent was able to disrupt it the next time it happened with a kill spell while my bounce activation was on the stack, but it still felt pretty nuts.
The other night I was playing Mono Red and swung for lethal into a Abzan Battle Priest, who wasn't Outlasted.
He proceeds to cast Feat of Resistance on it, giving it pro red, a +1/+1 counter, which in turn gives it lifelink. He survives the swing and on his turn, he casts Blessings of Nature on his Battle Priest, making it an 8/7 lifelinker.... He won that game.

He proceeds to Life // Death and then Fire Covenant his own tokens for lethal.
We were gobsmacked.
What about y'all?

I snuff out'd my own Great Oak Guardian so I could flash in necromancy in response to an alpha strike.
Also, I darkblasted my own guy recently, so I could dredge and find Acidic slime to necromancy in against shrine of burning rage.
I guess Necromancy is never getting cut.

Had Shardless Agent in my five-color deck. Its cascade hits were:
Good stuff. Still waiting for the "waterfall" deck to hit running Cascades (I've got Agent, BBE, Enlisted Wurm and Bit Blast all in).

Turn 2 Island, Vedalken Mastermind.
Turn 3 Swamp, Evoke Shriekmaw on Azorius Guildmage, bounce Shriekmaw while sacrifice trigger is on the stack.
My opponent was able to disrupt it the next time it happened with a kill spell while my bounce activation was on the stack, but it still felt pretty nuts.
And 3 points off lethal
So I cast silent departure on bojuka brigand, replayed it, and hit it with spread the sickness
