Magic has stupid rules that have a creature still in combat after damage is dealt but before moving into the postcombat main phase.

Is it just me, or is that a card that gives all of your creatures vigilance permanently for one white?

It works if your creature wouldn't normally die during combat. If it would trade/they use combat tricks, it will be heavily in your favor.

Serra's blessing looks so much worse now. somehow.

so if anyone wants most things from innistrad block or rtr block odds are i have them and are willing to send them away for nothing. stuff that is actually worth a dollar or two like lingering souls and burning-tree emissary i will be trading off though.

Does anybody have the morbid trample wurm?

@Leelue: Gravetiller Wurm is pretty baller. Feels alot like Wolfir Silverheart alot of times (significantly worse, but this is peasant)

... I actually kind of like Gravetiller Wurm....

a 6 mana 4/4 trampler isn't very good though.

yah.. but with all the tokens green can make... just swing out with your tokens, if they take the free block, bang.. u have an 8/8!

I play Duskdale Wurm, which may just be a bit better.

If you compare the wurm to most 7 or 8 drops when it has morbid, that's pretty interesting. Somethings not going to die somewhere on the road from 6-8 mana?
Yeah I just think of it as an 8 drop that can come down early if the time is right.

That's without playtest data btw.

Maybe testworthy? I might throw him in in place of Duskdale.. just to test him out. If he gets 8/8 on a consistent basis, it might be worth his inclusion.
