I omitted Rolling Thunder because it is too strong for my taste.
You know how this thread says, "power rankings?" Yeah, it means that. I'm not going to use your vote for red because you admitting to excluding a card from the list because it is good. If you wanted to exclude it for some other reason (RR fireball is too expensive, better options at 4-5 for sweepers, whatever) I would disagree with you but still take your vote since I'm not trying to cook the data to agree with me.
Direction #1 is to rank the top20 cards from best to worst. Just like I told people to go back and fix their vote when they accidentally voted for an RTR card I am telling you to either fix your vote (and obviously Rolling Thunder should be 1st on your list if you consider it too good to even list) or give me another reason why it was excluded. I am only saying this because you gave me an unacceptable reason in the first place.

@Citynoise:
Well I'm allowed to vote however I like to, that's the basis of democratic voting. If I feel that Viashino Skeleton is the best red card I'm still allowed to vote for it as reds #1 although that obviously would be completely moronic.
I omitted mana drain in blue and will omit skullclamp for artifacts for the same reason because I feel they are overpowered for this particular environment and therefore not to be considered for a C/Ube.

You can vote for Mana Drain as the #1 red card too. This may be democratic but it is also a system and I am ignoring all votes that don't follow the system (note : Viashino Skeleton is Rakdos not Red).
If you omitted thunder because you feel its power level negatively warps a cube and is therefore overall bad, fine. I disagree with your reasoning but that is fine. I guess I took what you said before to mean something slightly different, more along the lines of "I don't like really good cards" not "I think really good cards are bad for an environment".

This. It is a frustrating card to play against imho. I absolutely LOVE good cards, but the effect of this one is too much for a p(l)easant draft experience.

Different Cards-Volition Reins/Confiscate (different mana cost/effect)
Different Cards-Carnophage/Vampire Lacerator (always optional cost vs sometimes mandatory cost)
While this may be a non-issue, what if they are functionally the same card but in different colors ala' Arrogant Wurm/ Reckless Wurm...
is that enough of a difference?
I don't really know why you would think 2 cards with vastly different mana costs and color could be considered functionally indentical. This question doesn't really make sense to me at all considering we are voting on a color-by-color basis too.

No, i meant arbor
Ive never once had arbor elf not make mana. Thatd be quite the terrible hand.
I only brought it up because i imagined a scenario where we have like.. another 5 carnophage varients and none of them receive enough votes to crack the final list because of dilution
I don't consider Library for my cube because U1's are treated as rares for my cube, thus its omission from my list. I have no experience with it in the Peasant Cube environment
I haven't really participated in these votes thus far 'cause I'm terrible at ranking such a large number of top cards like this, but I'll give it a shot. I play green a lot.
I have never lost a game where I successfully cast Phantom Centaur. That dude is the nut all over the place. Druid's Familiar gets honorable mention for just bein' crazy, for real. Rancor is the biggest pain in the ass in this game. Centaur Glade demands an answer or you just lose to it.
