So here it is, the BUG cube! Primarily inspired by Toonamiguy's Grixis Cube (this one), this cube sets out to be a unique and fun cube to draft, and an absurdly powerful (and fun) one to play.
Here's the problem though: -and I trust you to keep this secret between you and me, internet!- I am actually a massive scrub. I've drafted cubes a hundred times on CubeTutor, and I've designed a few of them too, but I've never actually built a cube in real life, and I've only actually drafted and played a cube twice, and it wasn't super well-refined like many of the cubes posted here are. My opportunities to play MTG are sparse, so even if I proxied the whole thing, I likely wouldn't have a chance to play it for a month or more. So I could use some serious help in terms of refining this cube, especially to make dredge and combo decks more viable to draft, with their limited possible support.
I have, however, gotten some very positive feedback on the "Draft the above person's cube" thread, so I suppose I've gotten a good start here!
Basic info:
Powered .... (excluding only Mox Pearl and Mox Ruby)
540 cards .. (Ideally; cube needs to be heavily refined)
Themed ..... (exclusively uses cards that fit within the BUG color identity)
Duel ........... (as opposed to multiplayer)
Has Conspiracies, but no "Draft Matters" permanents.
Not color balanced. Again, needs refinement.
~13% Gold cards, including hybrid mana cards.
~25% Colorless cards.

Archetype list and tools breakdown: (Card lists here have changed and I'm too lazy to fix them at the moment)
In addition to the above archetypes, there is Artifacts goodstuff (affinity, tinker, etc.), G/Gx ramp, Tempo/Control, and, of course, Midrange goodstuff.
I have just a few suggestions. Since you're pushing a few different kinds of token and tribal archetypes, I think your cube could probably really benefit well from Hall of Triumph and Adaptive Automaton. Off the top of my head two possible cuts could be Serum Powder (a very inferior Backup Plan) and Sword of War and Peace. The Sword is still pretty powerful even with 0 chance, but in terms of flavor it still sticks out like a sore thumb. Phyrexian Crusader has the same flavor problem because of its protections, but I'm sure you need as many infect creatures as you can find to support that archetype, and it is also a Zombie so I don't blame you for keeping it.
I also wanted to tell you I've been really enjoying drafting your cube on the "Draft the Above Person's Cube" thread. It's one of the most fun themed cubes I've seen!

465 card Unpowered cube thread. Draft it here and I'll be happy to return the favor.
450 card Peasant cube thread. Draft it here.
Thanks for the feedback.
I intend to keep the Phyrexian Crusader, since even with the protections rendered moot, first strike is enough to make it one of the most powerful infect creatures available (especially since there's only three other creatures that can deal first strike combat damage in this cube!).
The Sword of War and Peace and the Serum Powder are out though, along with a number of other things I thought were sub-par. Didn't occur to me that the Sword I already considered the weakest also had the least helpful protections for this cube.
Things I've just cut from the cube:
It seems like it would be a shame to get rid of Gaea's Anthem since you're running so many token generators. You might also want to add Murkfiend Liege, another great anthem effect that shouldn't be too hard to cast in a tri-color cube.

Mirrodin's Core (Will be replaced by Sultai's tapland eventually)
EDIT:
Removed Lux Cannon since it's not much good without proliferate, which is otherwise mostly for the Infect deck. It's been replaced by Memory Jar.
I'm also considering adding Berserk. Problem is that while it's potent in a lot of different decks, it still need some serious setup to make good use of. And I need to be removing cards, not adding...
Sweet cube. I drafted a toolbox control deck in the draft the above person's cube thread from your cube. You can consider adding a couple of cards to support this archetype like Chord, Birthing Pod, Zenith etc. as you have a lot of "answer" creatures.
Thanks for the feedback! However, those cards you specifically mentioned are already in the list. The fact that you did't even see any of those drafting, though, brings us back to the "P3 is indecisive and likes too many cards too much to refine his cube lists" problem. So I've removed a good pile of cards (and added a couple):
I'm also condidering adding Villainous Wealth, pretty much just for the lulz. Seems like it could be actually good in a ramp/control deck, but I'm not sure it'd be useful enough in other situations to warrant inclusion in the cube.
Also Might add Bearscape back in again for heavy-green aggro. Jeez I'm indecisive.
If anyone has any suggestions for cards to switch out/remove from the cube, it would be greatly appeciated.
Woah! I just decided to have a look at the "draft the above person's cube thread" and found your cube. After drafting the grixis cube a few times on cubetutor in the past I thought that a 3 colour cube could be fun and add some tension back into our drafts since with only 2 players we basically never fight over a colour. My failed attempt at a multicolour cube taught me that a Golgari Dredge deck was possible and fun, and Dimir Artifacts are also cool so I was gonna design a BUG list. Now I've found yours I can draft it and see how it feels.
There' is a bit more squee about this that I think is normal. :-D

I've decided to remove Storm combo entirely, it simply doesn't seem reliable with such a large cube with so much disruption, and no red cards to fill the gaps. In its place, I've added some more artifact-based combos.
Amongst them:
Mycosynth Lattice + March of the Machines = no more lands, ever. Add Master of Etherium or Gaea's Anthem and now your lands stick, and only yours.
Time Vault + Tezzeret the Seeker/Voltaic Key/Kiora's Follower = infinite turns.
Time Sieve + Thopter Foundry = infinite turns.
