Well, it's not so much of a problem as it is that we simply reduced the number of players per draft, and because of that, we need to increase the concentration of answers to compensate.
1. How good is desolation angel? At 5 mana she seems terrible and at 7, while she could be good, she seems underwhelming compared to the competition, who also tend to be better reanimation targets. Am I missing something?
2. Is worn powerstone really worth cubing? Maybe I'm desensitized by the cubes power but it seems meh.

Worn Powerstone, like Ancestral Vision, seems pretty underwhelming next to actual power cards like Sol Ring.
Worn Powerstone is still an excellent manafact though. I probably wouldn't run it in a small powered list, but it easily makes the cut in a mid-sized unpowered list like mine.

1. Desolation Angel wins the game for 7 mana. 5-power evasive threat + armageddon = gg. It can't be reanimated, but like I said, the game ends when you cast it. When it comes to hardcasting a 7cc card, it's easily the best one.
2. It's bad compared to Sol Ring, but good compared to other manafacts. It brings you to T4 Titan mana. One of my favorite cards for Wildfire/Upheaval/artifact.dec decks.
Probably someone already asked this, but I cannot find it...
If you wanted to add a single card for every guild, what card would you choose?
I'm sold for Zegana (GU) and Sphinx Revelation (UW), but for the others i have no clue...
At suggestions?
I'm building a cube that is a mix of yours and eidolon's, and I would like to have some advice for a novice like myself about how do you handle the 'pack' creation process at the start of the drafting...
I was ripping of my mind about trying to equalize the number of cards per color or other paranoid thoughts...
Will try your approach... ;-)
I think most people use random but I've always been curious if the mtgo cube does. I haven't played it in so long I don't recall, but if they were enforcing color balance it would probably make a noticeable difference.

I think eidolon has the information on how the MTGO packs are generated. I thought I remembered reading him post about it at some point, but maybe I'm mistaken.
Just wanted to mention I've added ingot chewer to my cube after looking at your recent update (my cube has all the artifact mana of your cube + 4 signets).
In the 2 games I played him in he's been solid.
With artifact ramp being so common, being able to play an extra card + effectively destroy a land is pretty huge tempo swing.
Very small sample size, but he's played out really well.
Great idea!
I'm all for 1cc artifact removal that has other value later on. He's been good for Recurring Nightmare decks where he can destroy an artifact early and then be called upon later on to destroy something bigger.
Inkwell Leviathan is back? That's news to me. I love that guy. I'd have been tempted to take out Pack Rat and Karn for more grease like Ponder and/or Mana Leak. Karn actually doesn't have so many targets in that deck. But yeah, some sealed pack.
...Three Moxen and a Lotus? You jammy sod!
PS: The Blade Splicer splash is cute. I was a bit confused for a second before I remembered that his Golem is an artifact.
Pack Rat feeds the Leviathan to my 'yard for Recurring Nightmare, was my thinking. And my pool was light on equipment, so the Karn will help in a lot of matchups. And he can animate the Metamorph as a 4/4 if need be (or humiliate them by attacking with my Mind Stone :p).

And that's where my mind exploded. Pack Rat is ridiculous and one of my favorite cards...possibly my #1 fav card in cube. I'll derail my draft for his flavor and carnage (first pick pack rat has been done before). As others have said, he also creates small chains and combos with other cards.
@Gerrard's Verdict:
This is your card representing WB, wtwlf123? I always thought Vindicate is the defacto WB card. Interesting philosophy of WB if that's true.

I mean, hell, we're all on a forum for something that most people would describe as a "children's card game"...do what makes you happy. You are never too old to enjoy yourself.

I think you're confused on both accounts here, Warden.
First, Goodking wasn't suggesting taking Pack Rat out of the cube. Only that he thought something else might've been better for that particular sealed pool I posted.
And Gerrard's Verdict was my recommendation for the #5 card in Orzhov. Not the #1 card.
The artifact hate turns out to be significant enough without Smash, which is the hardest of them to maindeck. We're really enjoying Ingot Chewer so far though. Players want more all-around useful burn, and despite Spear being unexciting, it's probably not cuttable just yet.
The Reaver was great when it connected, but the 3-toughness turned out to be a bigger liability than we thought. I've been wanting to get Liliana back in ever since she was cut; she's a good black planeswalker.
I'm surprised. Not that reaver is amazing, but its usually ok, whereas liliana is usually a last pick/left out of decks/ one of the few planeswalkers that isn't worrisome when resolved.
liliana of the dark realms was underwhelming in my cube, which is designed for multiplayer. she would usually grab a swamp or 2 and that's it. well, one time she used her -x/-x ability and that was ok LOL but i took her out after people stopped playing her. however, i really like her in standard
