Cutting Rolling Earthquake? Wow. That surprises me, given your oft-stated love of Quake/Moat decks. All the other cuts make sense to me, except maybe Journey to Nowhere.

That surprises me, given your oft-stated love of Quake/Moat decks.
I do love those decks. Which is why I'm keeping Earthquake. Rolling Earthquake is not a Moat/Quake support card...
Ultimately what happened is that the planeswalker damage redirection rule shaved off the component of Rolling Earthquake that made it asymmetrical. Earthquake and Subterranean Tremors can still be built around to make them asymmetrical, but Rolling Earthquake lost a bit of its edge. I don't need 3 of those effects, and since OG Quake and Tremors support the Moat/Quake archetype, I'm gonna keep those 2 and cut RE. I'm considering adding in Pyroclasm though if I miss the effect.
I have some questions about your WAR-Updates and hoped you could maybe elaborate a bit:
1. Why are you exchanging Spawn of Mayhem with Liliana, Dreadhorde General? They seem to fulfill so different roles, with Spawn being a Aggro curve-topper and Liliana being a Midrange stall-breaker (if I assessed the card correctly).
2. Basically the same question about Glorybringer to Ilharg, the Raze-Boar. Glorybringer seems to be an important tool for pushing damage through and clearing the path on the ground. Is it simply because the red 5-drops are so insane that you took the one lowest on your list out?
3. Not concerning an update of yours, but I wonder what you make of Teferi, Time Raveler. I just played a control mirror two days ago and tried to edict away my opponents Nezahal, to which he responded by instant-speed Bribery, fetching my Torrential Gearhulk to flashback Mana Leak, losing me the game. It seemed quite impactful, and on the top of it had quite a different feel than Dovin, Grand Arbiter and Teferi, Hero of Dominaria, so I don't feel bad for running all three of them in the Azorius-slots.
1. Spawn and Liliana are very different, but I found myself with an extra 3cc card in the black creature curve. While the roles are different, the slot was still "free" in that Spawn was kinda a bonus card there. Liliana fills a hole as the only black 6cc noncreature card in the cube, and can be used as a support card for sacrifice decks in addition to being a good midrange and control card. Whereas Spawn, while good in aggro, was only playabble in that one deck. But you're right, it looks like an odd swap because they're not the same part of the curve or the same role ...but that's because I don't have a like card to the 6cc Liliana in the cube to swap out for her.
2. Glorybringer is a more powerful generic midrange value creature. But it's only really good in that role. I like Ilharg more because it helps to support multiple red archetypes in addition to being just a good 5-drop. Despite the intrinsic powerlevel being lower, I expect Ilharg to make the final 40 of more decks.
3. Teferi is a good card, but since the spell timing interactions are so deck/matchup dependent, the bounce effect is really what makes him good for cube. In constructed, he can be a good sideboard control breaker, but the cube will utilize him as more of a tempo card. I like Teferi, but in the cube I think that A) there are better tempo 3-drops to choose from, and B) as a generic W/U card, I don't think it stacks up to the insane competition in that slot.
another question: if they print the other five swords of X&Y in modern horizons (fun speculations) do you think you would just run the best five out of the ten instead of shoehorning any amount over five in?
I see you have changed tajic for Aurelia. Was he just not providing enough punch? Why not play Nahiri or is she just kind of uninspiring and Aurelia is a fine finisher for boros instead of a more control oriented semi combo piece?

for what its worth, I've been playing Aurelia and she's been quite fun in RW. I've recurred her multiple times in the past with reveillark, and the fact that you can dig her up with imperial recruiter also helps. it lends a different style of play to the stereotypically linear boros guild.

No, I removed Tajic because I added 2 more 3cc beaters in white and red, and no longer needed the dedicated slot from Boros. And I added Aurelia, because the RW Moat/Quake deck lost a midrange flier, and Aurelia can fill that gap (in addition to being moderately playabble as a Wildfire threat too).

Ya, Aurelia can go into multiple decks that we play in Boros too.
I was looking through your list in light of the WAR changes, and I was surprised you kept Hypnotic Specter and Vampire Nighthawk over Spawn of Mayhem. Can you discuss your reasoning? Does BX aggro just not need the cheap flying beat-stick? I'm all for an excuse to bring Hyppie back to my cube.

Venturing a guess that it's too narrow, since it requires planeswalkers in play to do anything.

For multiplayer cubes and EDH is seems good. But I don't think it's a good cube card.
