Sorry for the random question, but if you added one card to each wedge what would they be? The main reason I ask is because I think the sultai guy from conspiracy 2 is bonkers
Leovold, Emissary of Trest is nutty, but it doesn't shine in this format like it does in Eternal. Card draw is too matchup dependent here, so his strongest line of text winds up being sideboard value more than anything. That said, it's one of my favorite Magic cards ever, so I'd probably run it as my second Sultai card anyways, just because.
Not sure exactly what my 10 would be. Some shards/wedges have good options and others don't. Other than Siege Rhino as the 2nd Abzan card, nothing is clear.
Just curious, with the Artifact/Daretti deck being strengthened and things like Mishra's Workshop showing up, are there any artifacts on your radar as potential includes that weren't before?
Precursor Golem is one that came to my mind that my playgroup likes.
There are some good cards from this set for sure. Push won't be nearly as good in the cube as it will be in Modern and Legacy, but it might still be good enough.
I honestly didn't think you would have reservations about adding fatal push TBH. Seems it would be easy enough to proc the Revolt requirement and 2/4 CMC covers a decent amount of the creatures in the cube. That said though maybe it's too tight already for black instants and like you said, it's way more valuable in modern and legacy where all the creatures are at that CMC basically.
As a follow up question here: since Nether Void has been in the cube, I don't think a single person in my group (myself included) has managed to successfully use it. It ends up in sideboards and never sees play. What are we missing with this card? What kind of deck is it supposed to be played in?

It is great in aggro. Play it like you would an armageddon.
Fatal Push isn't much better than Disfigure in this format. It's completely insane in Modern and Legacy where fetchlands keep the Revolt trigger constantly on. Disfigure kills pretty much every non-Revolt target that Push has, and also kills quite a few that Push needs Revolt active for in order to target. It also doubles as a combat trick that works against creatures that neither spell can kill. Push is probably better, but the effects are really close in terms of their strength in this format; and Disfigure has been out for quite a while.
I'll see if it finds more traction with that kind of mindset. If it doesn't though and I decide to pull it, would you have a good replacement idea?
I think contamination can be fun in that slot if you are looking for something that can help shut the door on many other decks/mess with the opponent. Obviously Pox, The Abysss, and Living Death are nice flashy payoff cards in Black that not everyone is playing.
Thank you for the suggestions dschumm. I'll look into it with those in mind.
And I know it's a powerful card wtwlf Wouldn't be in the cube if it wasn't worth its salt!
The cards you've picked out for the next set all seem solid btw. Maybe the green expertise? CMC is high but green can get there quick and it seems to have some pretty good upsides.
Did Disallow not work out for you guys? I noticed it's not in your potential changes, but your last comments in the SCD thread were still fairly positive about the card. What went wrong with it?
OP updated with the following pretty significant update... which also includes a major change (reducing the C section and reintroducing the Signets)...
Thanks in advanced!

Nether Void plays like a black Armageddon, and should be used in the same way.

I don't know. Another super-powerful payoff card for black aggro that your playgroup will take? IDK. Nether Void is a ridiculous Magic card.
